Order placed on 27.11.2019 and not delivered and neither refund provided. Last response received on mail from customer service id [protected]@gmail.com (Neil Roy) on 07.12.2020 stating that owing to pandemic order is delayed, post which there is no response on order and neither refund....

Hi, i had placed an order for Chelsea track suit (order no. ciu 10976) last year. Now i don't find the website at all. Whenever i send a mail, i get an automated reply blaming the delay in delivery on the pandemic.

I have ordered Chelsea white training kit on 16/01/20 and paid by upi banking wallet of Rs1299 and I still haven't received my products

I had ordered a phone cover on 7th june 2020 and have already paid for the product. Just few days after i paid they took down their website and since then neither have i recieved the product nor have they replied to my mails.

I ordered an atletico madrid jersey seven months ago and paid for it but have not been given any information about it yet. If i did not get the order, i would have paid at least plz pay back that money

I had ordered an arsenal jersey with my name and number printed on the back on SEPTEMBER 11TH 2019. And I had already made the payment of 999 indian rupees. It said that the delivery would take 45 working days because the order was being shipped from Thailand. I called them 4-5 times since then to check on my order and they would tell me that my order will be delivered in a week or so and then after that they stopped receiving the calls. And now they even deleted my case it up account with makes I can't even track my order. Please kindly do something regarding this and report this fraud website and get me a refund.

Haven't received any order of my jersey i ordered even the costimer care number is not reachable. Paid the bill online. The customer care number is from bengal. I seriously condem this kind of fraud. Either solve this issue or give our money back or we'll go to the customer court and file a police complaint. I ordered my stuff on feb 28th 2020. Plz resolve this issue fast.

I ordered arsenal bag for 600 after that I have no updates on the status on the status of the order. I have asked for multiple updates through their email mentioned in their website www.caseitup.in but did not receive any reply. Request you to please look into this matter. If the company is not able to deliver the items they should let the customer know and refund the money. Please help me get my money refunded.

I had ordered 1 track suit online from caseitup.com india on 21st dec 2019. I had already made the payment of ₹1299.0 online via pay u payments merchant (Transaction id:[protected]. Its almost more than 45 days and yet not received any updates from the seller and even now their website is not responding. Their contact number ([protected]) is not go through. Please help me out to resolve this issue and also i request all other customers not to trust these kind of fake websites.

I order a jersey from caseitup.in and made the complete payment. On jan 25, they mailed me saying my order was canceled and that i shall contact payu money for refund as they hadn't released the payment to them. On checking with payu, i got to know that the payment was released to them on the same day, i. E., jan 04 (Date of order). Now they've stopped replying to my emails and are not processing my refund.

I have ordered bad for case it up website on 2nd of oct 2019 their shipping g policy states that the product will be received in 45 to 65 days but it's been more than 65 days also their customer service no. Is constantly busy. I have emailed on the id given on their website but their response is not satisfying. Sent the product as soon as possible or i want refund.

I have ordered a bag on 2nd october 2019 and it's already 15th december and there's no update for my order. Kindly look into it. They seem fraud company. I have read several other complaints regarding this company.in their shipping policy they have provided that the product will be delivered in 65 days but it is not yet delivered. If they are unable to deliver product please make them refund me my money....

I have ordered and tshirt worth rs999 from caseitup on 13th-july-2019, with ordered id as #ciu4848. And there is no way you can track your package and but there is no update for the product, i have sent several mail to those people, but no reply from them. Seems like this is a fraud company. There's only a customer mail mentioned in their website "[protected]@gmail.com", but no telephone number mentioned.

I have ordered a Team India Jersey on May 12, 2019, from CaseitUp (PinkVyle), by doing a pre-payment through my credit card. Even in the second week of June, I haven't received my delivery. I have e-mailed them to update the status of the Delivery but did not get any reply. On messaging them through WhatsApp the reply that I got was very sarcastic. I'm the customer & have made a prepayment of the order; so I have the right to ask the status of my order that I have not received any updates from them after making the payment.
