Dear executive,
I have been looking for a type c one plus charging cable on 27th of March 2022 when I found the site of case studio india. I have ordered OnePlus Dash Type-C USB Charging Cable (Order id TCS-38423 ) doing online payment of rs 799.99 through UPI to the link of it denoting cf.[protected]@ind, phonepay receipt attached below.
It has been delivered to me on 31st March and while unpacking there is no receipt...

I have ordered OnePlus Dash Type-C USB Charging Cable (Order id TCS-38423 ) doing online payment of rs 799.99 through UPI to the link of it denoting cf.[protected]@ind, phonepay receipt attached below.
It has been delivered to me on 31st March and while unpacking there is no receipt no authentic cover even it's neither a type c nor fitting to mobile so also not working at all.
On contacting them the no given over site is always busy. No steps has been taken from there part till now.
It's completely a fake product .
Kindly look into the matter and I wish a complete refund regarding it.
