I have placed an order for iPhone 13 cover on 28th Sept. Order id: CD192658IN
The delivery was promised within 3 weeks. I have tried contacting the support, they just kept me promising me that it will be delivered this week. This was 3 weeks back, now they have completely stopped responding to the emails. I don't know if I should wait anymore or order another one.
I have already made the payment, and mind you these covers are not cheap.

I had placed an order for iphone 13 Pro - Silicone Case - Pumpkin Spice Color on 4th October 2021 (Order number CD193833IN).

I have paid online an amount of Rs.1295 for the same. As on 26th October 2021, I have not received the order, neither have I received any communication on the status of the order.

I have emailed their email id multiple times to cancel the order and initiate a refund. I get automated replies but no actual response on my requests.

I have ordered a iphone case for 1500rs and the product they showed in the picture is not equal to that of the product provided it's of very low quality. easily breakable and flexible. it doesn't suit to be a phone case. It was fooling the consumer lot of consumer has posted the fraud product in various forum. They have mentioned about the returning in the Website but now saying we cannot take the return. i have been cheated....
