Still i didn't receive my order.

It's been three months there is no response from them i have been contacting them via email (www.[protected]@gmail.com) and chat but no response from them even contacted them through social websites but still no response. I ordered Manchester United 3 strip Red jacket from caseitup india online site on instagram on 27th October and not yet received. And the order number is #CIU8618. And continuously trying to reach through massege, email and phone call but in vain. Delivery time is 45 to 60 days excluding public holidays. I think they cheated on me. I paid 1199 INR for the jacket. Caseitup_india site seams look fraud.
Please do the need ful for me....

My order no. Is ciu4505 and paid 3 months back. I had ordered 1 jersey online from case it up india. I had already made the payment of ₹999.50 online. I have no updates on the status on the status of the order. I have asked for multiple updates through their email mentioned in their website www.caseitup.in but did not receive any reply. I had placed my order in July 5 and it has been 1 month and i haven't received my product yet also they are not responding to my complaints on their given gmail whatsapp and instagram handle. I can see many other customers have complained against this site. Neither they are providing me my product nor they are giving the refund. Overall my impression on this website as fraud. This company sells customised jersey of low quality and phone covers....
