I had ordered a case from casely. But the product is damaged. And even after mailing them about the same there is no response or follow up done. Even the contact number given is i suppose not correct because nobody picks the call.
The case price is 999/- which is not cheap.
I want an exchange or refund for the same.

After writing several emails to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@casely.in, requesting them to exchange the wrong product they delivered to me.
I want to return the product sent by them because it is not what i had ordered.
I had already explain the reason to them with photographs but no one from casely respond to my email.
