I have ordered the iPhone 12 Pro max glass case cover as mentioned on their website. I received a poor-quality fibreglass cover which is nowhere mentioned on their website that it will be Fiberglass. And they are not accepting the return. Even at the time of replacement they didn't inform about it.

Casewale.com founded by Mr.Aurag Joshi, is Taking away customer cash by placing non stock items on website and encashing on the pretex of assured delivery.The items will be delivered but the ones they have in stock, and not the one we had ordered, Infact the products delivered will be completely different from what we had ordered.
They insist on cash upon delivery, as they engage partners like Blue dart and other strong delivery partners, who has a very strict and forcing rule of collecting cash against delivery eventhough the wrong products being delivered.
The casewale.com employees always push you to pay in advance, and uses the wooing methods of discounts, free gifts etc to ensure that the customer gets in to their trap as early as possible.
To me it seems that casewale is a dubious company, using Phishing, scaming etc, to trap customers, but they are doing it in a way that no one can make this out as do it quite professionally, and they dont do this in their established area of operation;Kindly try to put an end to this business as this is against the ethics of selling.We had experienced this a second time with them, but no we had decided not to buy from casewale, but we wish to complaint against this company casewale

I have ordered a iphone back cover Rs 1499 online.

After that I received a call from their confirmation department. I ask them fir discount And they agreed to deliver the product at 1200RS.

But, on delivery the courier boy ask me pay 1499RS as casewale didn’t dispatch the packet with discounted price.
However i pay the full 1499 amount.

And the worst part is that the received product is defective it is not fitting up with my iphone 14 plus.

I have call them numerous times but they are not picking up my phone.

I ordered a casecover onine on 7th may from casewale.com. Its been one month and i did not recieve the product and niether the refund of 999.

I have placed an order for S8 Luphie Mobile cover to Casewale.com, Order No. CW282487 Dt. 6-6-2021.
The online status of my order is still "Not dispatched"
Till date I have emailed 6 times to "[protected]@casewale.com" but there is no reply.
Today my email to "[protected]@casewale.com" is bounced back with reason " address couldn't be found"
It looks like these people are fraud and looting money from genuine & innocent buyers.
This will definitely be a setback for new online portals, as no one will believe them.
I request you to take up this matter and do the needful to deter such frauds and protect other prospective buyers from falling pray to such online sites.

I ordered samsung s9 backcase through above mentioned website. My order id is cw50624 dated on sep 01 2018 .This order is fulfilled on 06th sep 2018 same day i requested to reverse pick .They will accepted by my request on sep 15th 2018 and also collected supplied item. Still now no response from that side i have contacted so many times but no response from that side please refund my money
