I have applied 50000 loan on cash bus, .. Instead of giving loan they took my 125000 and I have asked for cancellation and they said pay for cancellation charges 5000 .. After done the payment they blocked my number.. Nor provided any loan or what I have from my bank even 125000 not refunded back to my account.

Dear Sir,
As i applied for a loan on 19/8/22 later on 21/8/22 the app shows the loan has been sanctioned and the repayment date is on 26/8/22 The truth is i applied for loan but i didn't get any amount credited to my account. I contacted through they website fortunately some one did respond to my mail, then i shared my Bank statement to them, by looking at the statement they believed me, now they are resolving my issue, they said that my payment has failed due to some wrong information, they are trying to balance the account but the employee in WhatsApp ([protected]) is harassing me telling me that he will ban my Aadhaar card, PAN card etc and he also said he will send a message to all my contacts that I'm a fraud.
I even shared the screenshots of the mail to him (in WhatsApp) but he is not at all bothered about that, he keeps on torturing me, blackmailing me asking me to repay the amount which i haven't received. Even after lot of attempts of explaining the situation he keeps on torturing me.
So i decided to complaint with a hope you resolve it.
I hope you understand and do the needful.

These loan app is managing by Chinese person with the support of Indian persons and government itself, they are threatening women's that they will share nude photos, morphed sex videos, this will affect a women's life, how many complaints cyber crime are getting daily not even responding for one complaint, if you people won't respond ASAP all victims will file case in supreme court directly on loan apps, government and cyber crime department also

My husband suraj pal committed suicide because of this app. Still, they are harassing everyone by calling on the call.

Sir i had taken loan from an online platform called cash bus that too for 1 week in which they had 1500 rs for 2500 rs today was my due date they called me from morning and harassed me and my family Started threatening people by calling them and started talking in reverse, they have disturbed a lot, sir.

Before the loan due date for INR 7500 Harassing a lot, extract the number without asking to customer. calling & messaging them to look us like a fraud. And they made me a like a idiot in front of my office and frds and family Calling customer before due date and abusing a lot, how is this a good one.
I will not pay them until a proper apologize to every contact they abused with mine. Kindly govt help me on this withing 7 days of period for 7500 they are asking to pay 12500 now daily 300Rs penalty adding up

My last date is 09/092021 I am already pay 07/09/2021 but payment details no show and no reply my msg and calls.

I have taken loan prior of this due and paid the full amount on time but due to unemployment this time the amount is due, but the company is not ready to listen anything and they are accessing my all contacts and sending them fake legal notices and calls which makes them panic more.
Is this a way to get recover loan amount?
They are sending fake legal notices and telling me that i have done fraud.
I already told them it's a matter of time and i m ready to settle your due but again and again they are sending me threatening messages. I just fade up with all this. I requesting the legal system of india to help me with this.
