I have taken a loan of Rs.6000 from CashBus online application. Which loan due date is 19th Jan2023 which is tomorrow but today I have received a call from CashBus and asking for advance payment before due date and using foul language. Number which I have received call is +[protected] please do take action on this as I have always pay before due dates.

Repayment of untaken loan
Dear Team,
This is to bring to your notice that an individual with contact number +91 [protected] is harassing me to repay the loan which is never taken / availed by me in any manner on any given date.
He has been sending messages to me on whatsapp to repay the loan amount taken, he himself does not know the date and the amount and does not have any details of the loan disbursed. Also has been using foul language over the messages and has been harassing about sending my Aadhaar Card and Pan Card photos to all of my contacts, which he has procured from a source unknown to me.
Hence bringing this to your notice to take the necessary action. I also see many others have been having the same issue and have registered their complaints here on your portal.
Hoping for some quick action in this regards.

Hi ...this is Debolina Barman...I have applied for loan 50000 in previous week.. bt the customer care executive told me to repay may 1st installment due to my low credit score..then again they demand money in diffirent purpose...till Now I have pain 17500 to get 50000 loan...but I didn't receive money...now i want my money back which I have given.. Loan blackmail
This is notify the public that Cashbus loan application platform are the most stupid platform I took a loan Of 13k which is due on 19th of July and I was communicating with them but the following day Wich is 20th they send my picture and complicated words to all my contact telling them that I am a fraudulent person that I use peoples BVN to borrow loan that they should go to the nearest police station to arest me trying to blackmail me am urging people to avoid them they are not compose

Hi, iam. Getting calls and messages from cashbus to pay 4600/- which I haven't taken. As per them, they have given this loan in mar'2020 and it's still showing pending in their system.
I have already made it very clear to them. Last year as well in sep'21 that nothing was paid to me and the last amount was completely paid by me in mar'2020 itself. They harrassed me and sent bad msg's to my contact.. After doing discussion with their legal department, they sent the apologies msg's to cover up the error. Then this case was closed as per their legal team.
However, again now iam getting calls and msg's stating that 4600/- is the outstanding amount, if I'll not pay then they'll call my contacts to claim the payment. Don't know how this can be started again!!
I have made it very clear to them that this case was dealt last year it's self and again u're doing the same thing.. On which the response was we don't want any argument, if you'll not. Pay we will start calling sending msg to ur contacts.
This is harassment and blackmailing... Kindly get this stopped immediately before they ruin my name in my contacts.
Such fraud apps should be blocked immediately and no. Such operations should be allowed by authorities.

One the same day of payment. They are making abusive words and sending pics of our own. Blackmailing that they would call to refernce numbers and the abusive words are un explainable. We need sincere action against them.

Money Got Deducted, Not Yet updated in app.. Getting Harrasment calls and threatened messages to repay
I have been calling and emailing for last 3 months but I have not received any response from cashbus..
I paid my payment on due date, but payment was not updated in the app. Still it showing loan was not paid with over due charges. No one answer the customer service number even no reply for email.Everyday charges will added till now there is no one not taking action also..
My credit score is getting bad. No one is taking calls and replying to my mails and msgs. They are continuously sending threat msgs and Harrasment calls.. Its just like killing..
I have repaid all my loans on the due date correctly. But in the Cashbus application Silver Pocket loan are not closed still. I have informed the person's who called me for the repayment of the loans and shared the screenshot to them as well but still this issue is not yet resolved.

Money not received
I have applied loan from cashbus Apple cash on 2nd December 2021 but till not amount not received yet today is 16 December ... I have mailed several times for this issue even sent may times bank statement ... Every new day they just messaging me on whatsapp for repayment as I have not received amount... They were harrassing me daily for repayment.. hacked my contact list threatning me to create whatsapp group with my every relative number... I am very dippressed from last few weeks plz help me or I will end my life coz I am not getting any solution.. plz help me ...

Cashbus loan application is charging more then 50% precent of loan amount as processing fees and they don't know how to speak with customer they talking like rowdys and bad words so please take action agains cashbus loan application

Threatening messages

Iam Sulekha from Bengaluru. During the Pandemic period I came across this App thru a sms to my mobile. I downloaded the App and initially I took a loan of Rs 2000 which was supposed to be paid on the 7 th day. The repayment amount was Rs.3800. I repaid it on time and they increased my loan amount every time I repaid. This happened for 3 times. Later on they came up with various other loan lending Apps under their banner like Cola Loan, Orange Loan, Fin Loan, Apple loan, silver pocket and so on. I was in need of around Rs. 20000 at that time so I borrowed little little amount from these Apps. I had always paid on time. But I had to take a break from my job due to ill health post Corona. I recently joined back to my job. Since I did not get Salary for the break period my payment got delayed .
Nearly 5 to 6 people from all the Apps calls me and threatens me with dire consequences. If i don't pay in an hour they will contact all my relative's and friends and inform them that I am a fraud and cheat. They had gone to the extreme yesterday by taking my DP picture of me and my husband and they had written on the picture Fraud & Cheat and threatened me that the photo would go viral if i don't make the payment in 20 minutes. I was so shocked that I decided to end my life. Later on I decided that I should not give up for any reason since I have my husband and daughter looking forward to me. Then I finally spoke to the RBI Ombudsman and informed him about all this since Cash bus comes under NFBC.
He told me to send a mail with everything in detail. I did that. These people call thru various international numbers like USA, Ireland, Syria, Fiji, Singapore, Indonesia etc.. When I asked them why they were calling thru International numbers, they said that was not my concern and i just need to repay the amount. When I informed them that I need 3 days time since I was expecting some amount thru other sources, they were not ready to listen and they were black mailing by posting my contact list on my WhatsApp and threatening me that they will start calling all the numbers and inform them that I am a Fraud and Cheat. Later on when I told my nephew he told me this is nothing new. This has been happening ever since the Pandemic started and Government has given green signals to all these types of Online Loan Apps for helping people who were in need of money. Government did this for the stability of the middle income people. But these Companies are taking undue advantage of the situations of the common man.
Later on my nephew sent me two paper cuttings of Indian Express and Times of India who had brought this news out. It also referred as to many suicides has happened in Tamilnadu Maharashtra Karnataka and Kerala due to the flithy behaviours of such dirty elements in the society. Of late i had borrowed a sum of Rs.7000 from Cashbus wherein I was supposed to pay Rs. 11834 on the 7 th day. They started calling me from various numbers as i had mentioned earlier thru international numbers. That particular day my bank server went down and i was not able to use my netbanking. So I informed them about it and asked for some time. But they insisted that I get the payment done thru friends or relatives. When I informed them that the App is in my registered mobile number with them how can i ask someone to pay. Then one person from their end who called me more than 20 times that day told me that he would send me a link and I need to get the payment done thru that link.
Due to nonstop harrassment i requested my sister to do it for me. Then i posted the screenshot in that particular number WhatsApp. Later on late evening a lady calls me and asks me for the payment. I informed her i had made the payment and send her the screenshot once again. Later on after 5 minutes this lady calls me and asks me why did I make the payment to that link and i was supposed to pay it thru the App only and she said I have become a victim of fraud. They said they are not responsible and I need to pay the amount immediately thru the App.
Next day thru Google i traced their Manager's number and informed him about the fraud. He said he would look into the matter and settle the issue. It was their own staff who did it. But the Cashbus App still shows repay.
I sincerely feel there has to be a big full stop to all these Apps to save more lives who becomes their victims.
I am not going to stop it here. I had already posted a mail to the Prime Minister's Office and also informed the Finance Ministry about such things.
They gave me a positive assurance. I think the Managers of these companies put a lot of pressure on their staff to collect the payments because one staff called me and asked me to make the payment immediately and informed me that he has been detained in the office due to non receipt of my payment and that person was crying and asking me for mercy and requesting me to clear the payment otherwise he cannot go home. They are being forced to collect the payment on priority basis and to cover up they use all these methods to collect the payments.
I request the people who come across such experience, be bold and face the situation. Don't panic and take extreme steps. Iam sure Modiji's Government will definitely look into this matter if we come together and complain regarding this to the PMO. I request the GOI to take stern action against such finance Companies and create a healthy environment.

Regarding refund
I have padi twice repayment by force made by cashbus agents however they r not attending my calls or reply of my mail.
Customer care number is showing wrong on websitlte while in app no provided is not picking up my call.
Where and how to contact them?
If a customer late on due date they are harrasing by every method on every half hour. Violating rules nd guidelines of rbi Google Play Store and nbfc.

Refund not given for double payment
I in error made a double payment for the loan taken. So I accidentally paid 5167 twice as the payment was not updated on the app and now they are saying they cannot refund it as it's not their fault which is absolutely nonsense

Super jack as the name in hey cash application under cash bus has threatened to create whatsapp group and malign my image inspite of letting him know that the payment will be made by 6 on 13.10.2021.This guy has even tried and said wrong words about my children as displayed in my whatsapp profile.If this is it please check I have never defaulted in paying my loans in cashbus but this incident today has literally put me in awkward situation and I want strict actions to be taken for this individual in hey cash.

They threatening me
They are threatening me ...and they send my contacts with my picture named it as fraud ...even payment period wasn't completed ... actually I took loan of 2000 ...1500 disbursed and the 6th day I'll pay 2000 then I renued it because of not having money they charged me 40% of loan amount in just 6 days now I'm paying weekly interest only 3000 ... even I'm paying that amount they increasing day by day ... heavily processing fee please ban the app ...otherwise suicide only way like us

Contacts Hacked and whatsapp messages sent within contacts

Hi All,
I downloaded and installed an instant loan app from play store named "Cashbus". I took a loan and could not repay on time, that is within 7 days. I received calls yesterday (saturday 25/09/21) and I informed them that it will take some time, as I am waiting for the fund. As soon as I get it, I will repay.
Today I received a whatsapp message asking me to pay by 1:30 PM. I informed them the same, but the lady who called me was a bit arrogant and asked to repay by today only. So I asked her to allow me 3-4 hrs, as I need to arrange.
By 5:16 PM I received the first call from one of my known, that he received a call from them, but he asked the lady to contact me as I took the loan from them not him. Later I received another call from my known who received a message with my photo on it, which basically says, that this person had taken a loan and did not repay.
I then repaid the outstanding amount and called the lady and asked her to share the number, she simply blocked my number and did not respond.
As per the law what I understand, no ones contact or photo should be shared with anyone, and here they are sharing with my contacts. I would request you to please investigate on this matter. If need they would have send me a legal letter, but sharing my photo within my contacts is not done.

regarding repayment of loan
I have taken loan from cashbus several times. I have missed paying this time due to lockdown. I do not have money. I have a 50% salary cut. And my salary has been delayed.
As rbi governor has allowed all banks and all financial institutions to give customers a 3 months moratorium, they shud consider instead of threatening or scaring the customers.
There calls and messages stress us out and the language that they use. It is sad to see when people all over are facing such issues, these people are sending such communication to customers.
I am attaching their message below. I had already informed them that i will only be able to pay when my salary comes. They put a display picture of civil on whatsapp and portray to be from the cibil department. The number that i have got the message from is +[protected]

If you fail to pay the amount i will proceed the recovery process…
Just like that
-calling your relatives and friends frequently
-your id and number in the fraud list

- if payment is not made by 11 am, your whatsapp group will be created with your relative, all your proof sand can be sent in it (Adhar card, pan card, selfie)
- judicial rules and regulations as per indian law and will process regulations. So clear all debts

recovery done during lockdown not even obeying rbi rules
Sirf i have taken loan of rs1500 from cashbus which was for 15days tenure. My repayment date was 5th april 2020. Before also 5 times i had taken loan from them and always paid on time. Now i'm unable to earn anything as the offices are closed since march. I already emailed them that i'll pay once india start working and we get our wages but no response of the email. And thier recovery team is calling me for recovery and even they are adding penalty to my loan when rbi said clearly not add any penalty.
