Loan amount not credited but shows as EMI DUE for 18876

I have applied loan in cashe application. Loan amount 99, 999 has approved but it's not credited. It shows as EMI due in my app on FRB 5th. Please cancel the auto debit of that loan.
As I didn't get any loan amount I don't want to pay EMI installment please help.
No customer care is picking the call or answering my email.
Please cancel the loan and emi
