Hy my name is Anant dev I have taken small amount loans from CashIn Now i am unable to do repayment on time due to financial issue. So they are calling me again & again & harassing & abused me. They are also calling my friends & relatives and harassing them because they have contacts details access of my mobile phone which is illegal as per your rules. I told them that i will pay it with penalties & overdue charges whenever possible. But they are harassing me & my dear ones. These all loans companies are illegal. These are not rbi approved so how they can access my contacts details. Please help me from these issue. I apologize to encroach your precious time. Your earlier deeds will highly be appreciated please help me.

Dear sir maine online loan app se loan liya hai ab wo log lockdown me bhi repayment ke liye pareshan kr rahe hai roj call kr rahe hai aur repayment ke liye force kar rahe hai sir roj hight penality lgate hai aur humari contact list hack kar li hai bolte hai sabko call karenge

I have taken loan from cashin of 10000.
Firstly they tokd that this loan is for 91 days but after disbursement of 8300 they told that you have to pay 11400 in 15 days.
In this pandemic situation covid-19 i couldn't pay my dues on time and it has been delayed by 14 days.
They have imposed 3700₹.
Already government has given notification to everyone lender about loan that they can't charge extra for 3 month but still cashin is imposing penalties.
Please take a restrict action on this company.
They are just cheating people.

I have taken loan in cashin... Due to this lockdown i didn't gone for job.. Because i'm a self employed so i didn't had any money right now... But the cashin calling me again and again and harrassing us using our personal details.. Their recovery agents using very illegal words to us again and agaon.. I had paid some money in this application but still recovering agent not satisfied with payment... I'm already asking them when i receive money u had paid my principal money but they are charging penalty on it and they are counties giving comminate to me please help

Even at this lockdown they are not listening continuously applying loans harrashing blackmailing me by calling to references numbers...and sending texts related to courts and etc...they are continuously applying benalty after benalties...not following rbi notices.. there tones of wording is abusive always..
