I've been receieving random text messages from Praful creations pvt ltd and random whatsApp messages asking to pay 5900rs on some repayment amount. I have never downloaded any app or even heard of this company to have any sort of transaction with.

I did recheck my banksatements just in case and can confirm there is no transaction of any sort. Now they're trying to blackmail and extort money. Please do help.
