Casio Defected Watch

Hi,
I bought CASIO watch from The Time shop Ghatkoper West on 5-9-2014 . At last week my watch stopped working so i visited the shop and asked them to check. After checking they told me that my warranty has been collapsed because i have given the watch at any local shop to repair. Because on the back cover of watch dial there was written someone name along with the date of repair and you can see the date mentioned on cover is 1-9-2014 in provided photograph's.
But they were shocked when theysaw the date of purchased mentioned on warranty card on that basis they were ready to submit the watch for further warranty process.
My concern is if i got the defected watch so i appealing for the replacement against the same,
I request you to please look into this and help to get the replacement instead of that defected watch.

I bought CASIO watch from Yebhi.com 7-8 months back. They sent warranty card without stamp.
Watch stopped working. First of all Casio do not have option of sending mail/contacting our phone options. Secondly in whole of Mumbai they have only one authorised service station.
This either speaks about the low volume of sales by CASIO in Mumbai or shows their apathy towards their customers.
My office is in Thane and I stay at Kandivali and shop is at Dadar.
I visited shop around 15 days back at 9.30 am as mentioned on their site but it was closed. Subsequently I visited again and the shop owner was courteous and informed that only bill will not help and will need stamp on Warranty card. He also said that company accepts unstamped warranty card if you have bought offline i.e. thru some shops.
I contacted Yebhi.com, but they are yet to revert. I was told to manage myself.
I got the warranty card stamped from local shop and gave it to the service center with bill of Yebhi.com. I had no intention of doing fraud else I would have submitted invoice from local vendor too and informed the same to centre owner. he sent the same to company and today I received a call that my warranty is rejected by the company
Reason given was that I did a fraud as they called up the vendor who stamped the warranty card and he confirmed that he did not sell the watch to me
My questions are:
1.Why company didnt call up Yebhi.Com that whether they sold the watch with Casio India warranty or not. Because then they have to repair free of cost.
2. The warranty is for 2 years. Cant company see the bill, date of purchase and also data of manufacture to see if warranty is valid or not
3. If the company has sold the watch, then isn't it their duty to service them
4. What are they doing to stop their unauthorised sellers like Yebhi as they are ready to accept unstamped Warranty card if you buy from Flipkart
5. Why are they giving stocks to Online sellers
They are not worried about their customers but interested in selling more and more thru unauthorised online sellers to avoid warranties.
This also reflects as why they are keeping only one Service centre in whole of Mumbai to make in inconvenient for their customers to use warranty.
My recommendation is do not buy CASIO or buy and dump or buy a house near their service center else you have to take 2-3 days leave that too you are not sure if you will get warranty
Avoid using online sites including Yebhi and other as it is a problem one will face for any repair etc. If you are buying from nearby shops, then atleast you can go to him and he will arrange for repair.
Its a big conspiracy that MNCs like CASIO are using Online channels of sales to avoid warranties and also by adopting practice of having only one center in Metros for warranty repairs

Defective circuit watch given

Hello,
I purchased this watch on 18/11/2012 and in five months watch has stopped completely for two times. I went to oasis mall from where i purchased this watch. I was denied any solution from there.
Service center i called . They have responded for collection but i should pay Rs. 200 charges for collection and delivery of watch.
Kindly let me know why i should purchase costly watch of Rs. 8000 if quality is pathetic and for repairing also company is charging me amount.
I want replacement of this watch as the circuitry is defective. Kindly replace this watch and provide me new watch.
Warranty of the watch is included.

worst customer service

hello sir ,i bought a watch from saravana stores .i wear my new watch and kept my old watch in my pocket and i donw to the 3rd floor.urs staffs check my pant pocket and took my old watch and also check my bill for my new watch.after that,they confirmed my old watch was mine.but they spoke unnecessary and also use senseless words,they are irritating me,im also compliant ur other staff, hm hes also not response to me...im totally upset,. and please take some actions to ur staffs and teach them to how to response to ur customers,im not feel happy shopping today.sorry saravana stores .ur several staffs are very worst when compared to others shops in t nagar....please correct this otherwise u ll loss ur customers one by one like me.thank to read my request......

CASIO — SCRATCH ON SCREEN OF BRAND NEW "PRG110 "WATCH
Sir,This is with reference to the watch that i have purchased at Lifestyle Store at Bangalore on 7/3/2010 and given to the service centre at Horolab ,Bangalore on 26/3/2010.
I have paid Rs 15000 for this watch and gifted to my brother and to my disappointment my brother noticed that there is a scratch on the LCD screen inside the watch .
After taking it to the service centre ieHorolab ,the owner of the centre makes jokes that is unable to see the scratch and tells he is 60 years so he is not in a position to give any service .Id like to remind that "" The objective of Casio's service is "Customer Delight". but it turnedout to be the Horror Lab of Casio mangaging customers,i had to draw i sketch of the scratch on a paper and give it to the owner of the service centre ,i didnt know such incompetent people are there to service customers of Casio.
I receive a call from Mr Gurucahran from NEW DELHI ,IE today stating that they would replace the defective part of the watch.but why should that be done in first place than relacing me with a new watch . The watch is new . I didnt pay Rs15000 for listening from Mr Gurucharan that i should have seen the watch properly for defects before purchasing and also tells that i could have done the scratch and tells as its under warranty policy they can replace the part .
If i had to purchase a seconds watch its always availabe in the grey market but i didnt know that the watch "prg 110" with such features has some defect when i purchased.I bought this watch thinking about the quality of Casio and also about the products sold at Lifestyle Store,but to my disappointment it looks like that Lifestyle Stores and Casio are not worthy of the money we spend on products .The
objective of Customer Delight is no where for Casio . .But by giving a repaired watch i dont think it becomes new nor reflects the image of Casio nor its quality nor delight for the customer nor hels Lifestyle Stores to sell such unworkty products at the stores
.Warranty policies are good when i have used the watch but not for a brand new product which is defective in the first place at the time of purchase and dont expect customers to find defects for your products at the time of purchase it""not delight "" .
ITS LEFT TO CASIO AND FOR LIFESTYLE TO GIVE A NEW WATCH FOR WHAT ITS WORTH FOR AND NOT A REPAIRED WATCH or WHAT LOOKS LIKE A SECONDS WATCH THE WAY MR GURUCHARAN DESCRIBES OR HORROR LAB OF CASIO .
CASIO — Order delivery not received
I have placed an order in Buy2Brands for Rs1596, i have not recieved the delivery details .I want to cancell my order.and get refund of my money
