This company is the worst airline we have ever dealt with . I am in tears and just angry. Back in March my husband and I booked a trip from Toronto to Hong Kong to our final destination Sydney Australia. We have been saving and planning for this trip for a long time. I am a regular flier of cathay pacific airlines. Ka 154 from hong kong to bangalore. On board the flights crew have stopped whisky or beer to be served. Once i was told there is only 2 bottles for 230 plus passenger was supplied.

I tried to did this matter with the flight attendants who to mmy shock informed that passengers whisky is distributed among the crew and pilot. 2 bottles to pilot 1, for co-pilot and each crew gets...

On Cathway Pacific flight number 826 , dated Jan 24 , 2012 , from Hong Kong to Toronto my wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with the way our baggage was handled by Cathway Pacific. When it arrived in Toronto the luggage was soaked through with water. As a result many items were lost due to the damage caused by the leaching of colours in the different fabrics . This is to submit that I had called up Cathay Pacific, Mumbai, India on this No.[protected], spoken to one girl Prapti who had assured me that Meet and Assist service will be available to my sisters aged mother in law at teh check in counter. (I called up Prapti twice to confirm this)
