My name is Paul, I had bought 4 new secura drive 215 60 r 16, tyres for my car in the month of July 21. I believe I was cheated by buying this tyres. The shops owner claimed it's the best tyre with good tyre mileage but with use I realise it wasn't the case. I was tricked to buy a tyre with low quality. Even cheaper tyres with even less price tags will get good tyre mileage compared to this. After using for 15k kilometres the tyre...

I have Alto 800 i was drive in highway and I'm stuck in middle of the highway,
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and find the situation very irritating.

Hii I buy ceat tyre with my car. At the time of buying company say there is a warranty period of 5 yrs for cut, and air on tyre. Now after 4 yrs there is a air on tyre. I complain about it to the delear but delear hegitate for replacement. I want justice for that....

It is to inform you that i have purchae 4 new ceat car tyre from g k auto parts galla mandi naubasta kanpur. He is the dyrect dealer from ceat tyre company.Now one tyre of boil in left side.
I have return it to m/s g.K.Auto parts for claim after four months he said me that co has been not claimed it and return as it is which are gauranty period .
Sir/mam i request to you pl change it as soon as possible.

I had purchased tyre for my motorcycle of 2.75 x 18 ceat sport make from M/s Usma Tyres, Belgaum on 12/12/2011 after giving my old Ceat tyre as a claim vide complaint docket serial no 850 dated 14/12/2011, but till date ther is no feed back from the owner. Every time i call him or visit his premises says still not happened over the claim. If this is the policy of Ceat for troubling the costomers then you have no right to give the warranty...

I HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF CEAT RADIAL TYRE FOR MY CAR (SANTRO) ABOUT 1.5 YEAR BACK. LAST WEEK, 3 CRACKS WERE OBSERVED ON INNER SIDE ON OUTER SURFACE IN ONE OF THE TYRE . KINDLY ADVISE HOW SHOULD I PROCEED TO MAKE CLAIM.
