Extremely disappointed with the celfrost company product, and even more pathetic is there after sales and complaint services.
Even after repeated calls, there seems to be no proper services provided nor problems solved.
Highly disappointed.
Will never recommend anyone to use them.
Still awaiting repairs from the past 1.5years the day I purchased it, despite repeated requests.And now Its Totally dead.Just a use of dead Stock Storage box.

Deep freezer ki bad quality plz do not purchase this a humble request to everyone 🙏...

Few days ago i called on customer care number of cell frost because there was a issue of door opening and closing with my celfrost product .Then after 5 days a service man came to my place and check my celfrost refrigerator but didn't repair it, he told me that he would inform me about solution but no one called me and even not picking up my call worst service ever . celfrost i purchased this product from guru kirpa enterprises near Chandigarh....

Your company is pathetic as well as your products. And your services are more pathetic. It's been just 8 months that we bought this product and it has been stopped functioning 4-5 times already. Yesterday my all raw products were spoiled. And your company is not even concern about it. How will it work during running restaurant. I will never ever use your product in my upcoming restaurants and will not even recommend to my clients....

sir/madam i had purchased coffee machine just 5 month back but it is not working. I had register a complaint. Despite calling no. of times to celfrost comapny they do not answering. and I have a coffee cafe and its running without coffee. my daily coffee sale is 2000. It is so unfortunate that despite our repeated complaints to the company Celsius Refrigerators Pvt Ltd, Udyog Minar, 7th Floor, Udyog Vihar Phase_V, Gurgaon 122016, India and the trader (M.K. Traders, opp. SAI Upwan, 45 Foota Road, Hindon Vihar, Ghaziabad-201001 we are unable to get any help regading the repair of the -20 Celfrost deep freezer (Model No. BFS 150-148; Serial No.[protected] purchased last year. The equipment was delivered along with the refrigerated Microcentrifuge Hermle by Mr. A.K. Singh of Genemate Technologies Pvt. Ltd, C-2, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092. Mr. Singh now owes no responsibility of the -20 deep freezer and simply asks us to contact the traders and the company who are totally unconcerned and reluctant to the problem.
It is worth considering that the freezer (worth Rs 20,000/-) just after crossing the warranty period is of none's responsibility. It is indicative of the callous approach of the company and related people as if it's life is only of one year and the consumer's request is not worth attending.
We really repent to have relied upon Mr. Singh who gave us Celfrost instead of the ordered Vesfrost by insisting that the latter is equally good and will replace it with Vesfrost if it doesnot work ( we have the copy of the undertaking).
Now we really repent our decision to have gone for such a bogus product o[censored]nreliable people and request you to help so that our research work doesnot suffer further.
