Actually we went to cell point for changing our screen...after changing it is not working properly...that is if we open one thing it is opening another

This is vinod kumar, one of your customer i bought lg wing phone from your cell point (gajuwaka ) paid full amount, but i have to submit that bill in my company and for that it required sight change in payment mode which i requested to cellpoint cashier/supervisor Mr. Ramesh to do the same, but Mr Ramesh ask me to do the payment of same amount i.e. 59000 to make changes and he promis me to return back that amount in 2-4 days...so i paid that said amount to cellpoint on 22 feb 2021.
Now from that day till now i received only 30000 from your supervisor Mr ramesh, he always trying to skip and making fool daily by saying foolish and nonsence excuses. Insted of that he misbehavly & rudly talking to my wife by saying ...de dunga na bar bar call matt karo ye wo ...so request cell point to please take some action against him and return my remaining amount 29000 as early as possible

I have placed an order of mobile in cell point mumbai, that one is fake one, please provide the guidance to return the product my order id is Your RAPID DELIVERY package with Xpressbees AWB [protected]

I order oneplus 7 replica products in this company. He delivered basic vivo model phone. Then i call him and they said sorry for this problem and my company take replacement that mobile. They doesn't respond and rare reply my call. Then they said you courier the wrong vivo phone via speedpost paracel service. Then i paracel that product to that company address. They didn't respond to me and didn't give my money 12000 rupees or oneplus 7 product.
Please take action.
