I have purchased IPad 5th generation on 10th of Aug 2023 worth Rs 12498 including shipping charge(Rs 499/-) . I made a payment of Rs 12867( Dear Customer your payment for SabPaisa TXN ID[protected] of INR12867.0 on Thu Aug 10 22:05:58 IST 2023 for CELLY is SUCCESS.-SabPaisa).
Now they are denied to deliver the product.
I call them several time asking them tracking id but they’re not providing me as well.
I ask them if they are unable to give the product then refund my money. I give them my QR code but still they’ve not refunded. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered a iphone se 1st genaration from cellbuddy.com online on 24/06/2020 delivered & unbox package is totally new condition but phone is on after check set up & after 1hour phone overhiting battery 47% to 31% (max 6 minuts) suddenlly fall parcentage and switch off.
But also show battery health 100% after that 9 days not use product reason majore battry issue... then many try cellbuddy contact whatsup & call but no answer & replay.
So policy for consumers is not good. Neither exchange nor good for replace and refund.poor service.
