I had bought cello butterflow simply 20n recently from paytm mall.in the beginning i just thought i was unlucky that the pens don't go very well with the ink after 1/3rd of its use.
This time i realise that this is not about the luck but it is a fact that the whole pens i bought for 199 rupees are in fact defected. The pack contain 20 pens and 20 refillers.
As a customer what remedy i have?

water leakage from bottle product

no replacement/ no repair even under warranty
I am keerthi ajay from bangalore, i have purchased a 1000ml cello flask from flipkart on 6th october, for the first few days it was functioning normally like the hotness of water was lasting for around 8 hours.. But now for the past two weeks it's like the hotness is lasting for just two hours and the water is turning to cold completely, so wen i mailed the cello team on [protected]@celloworld.com they asked me to sent pictures if flask including bottom side.. I sent and they asked me to sent more pictures of the bottom of the flask. Again i took and sent the bottom pictures.. Today morning i got a mail from them saying there's a dent on the bottom side that's y it's not functioning properly they can't help with that... I should say it's just a negligible scratch i already saw at the time of purchase and the flask was ok for few days too.. Now all at a sudden from where a new deformation came??? They are saying soo many excuses they can so no need to replace or atleast repair since my flask is having warranty... A girl to whom i talked and was so called the superior of the first girl was talking so rudely that she doesn't bother at all.. The number is : [protected].. She don't even give minimum respect to her customers.. If they cannot replace y can't they repair??? Cello is such a fraud team that they never replace their product if it's under warranty too they will say they have find a dent so they cannot replace. Really?? Cello has such a cheap quality less products?? That it will stop working with a negligible small scratch...??

I am complaining about cello flask

I have purchased cello flask from canteen in mohali few days ago, it didn't worked for a single day, it do not keep temperature accurate for long time, even not for an hour. Online support numbers do not work, it seems like fraud numbers. One number worked and informed me to email at cello. [protected]@ celloworld.com, but when i sent them flask pics then they are saying there is dent on bottom of flask which is no where in picture, they are denying to replace this product. Flask bottom pick is attached.
Lets assume if there is any tiny dent which is not easily visible should cause any issue in temperature. But they are giving bully stories on it and not replacing the flask.

Regarding cello customercare.
We have to try 2 to 3 days for only to lodge the complent.it's really harassment and response in the customer care are bad and aggressive.now I am thinking never buy cello products in my life.

Not getting a warranty replacement from Cello for a flip style 1000ml flask

Myself Sunil Pawar purchased 4 x cello designer plastic chair from Southern Command CSD Canteen on 14/07/2018, bill number 085639 card no[protected] by salesman: 18/ELIZA. out of which 2xcello designer chair found damaged on 1 day use of it, photo of bill and chairs enclosed for ready reference! Please inform me immediately how to get the same replaced and from whom!!!

poor quality of cello chair
I purchased two plastic chairs from css canteen last week. One is already broken and the other one is also showing same problem and about to break while sitting in the chair it leg move outwards and crack is formed on the leg and finally breaking the leg. Are you cheating defence people by introducing cheap quality items in canteen. Please attempt my complaint immediately otherwise. I will take the matter to the consumer court

We purchased a cello thermostat on 22.01.2019 from nine twelve departmental store ludhiana but it is not functioning properly.we went to return the same on 23.01.219 but the owner of the store refused to return the same.kindly replace the product or refund the amount.

I regret to bring to your kind attention the misbehaviour of your kochi dealer.
On7th february 2018, i purchased a s. S. Armour 2000ml flask from the dealer
At kaloor stadium exhibition stall.
Ref:invoice no:u-2514/17-18 dated[protected] bill amount net rs.1, 481.
After using the flask for few weeks, around 1st of april 2018, the lid of the flask couldn't be used, as it got damaged. While i try to close it, the unit gets disassembled into parts.
I contacted your dealer. They asked the details and requested me to bring it to their office at vaduthala, kochi-23.
Once iintimated my inability to reach that place, on my request, they promised
They will arrange their representative to my house and get the lid replaced.
But, not seeing their representative for 5 days, i contacted them today and they way the concerned person at[protected] was behaving was totally
Unpleasant and unacceptable.
Kindly send your representative to my house and get the lid replaced, as i am
Unable to move out of my house due to certain health problems.

I bought the your product blender:blend mix600 from the Sangita service center Ahmedabad on date 20/8/2018 . currently when blender will there is spark in the blender and not working properly.please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I bought cello flast 1 month ago from dorabjee pune. It worked fine for a month but now suddenly it does not keep hot tea hot even gor 1 hour. There customer care number does not work. I need replacement/refund for the faulty product. Even the quality of cap is very poor. Expected a lot better. Now when i dial the number and number are fake i assume company is alsodoing fraud by dumping faulty goods in market.

Cello tower plus air cooler

We bought cello tower model air cooler via amazon and the product doesn't have a bracket to which the wheels are attached.. It's almost 2-3months since we complained but both the service manager and service person who have to help us are ignoring our calls.. First they said to buy that bracket from them for 200rs. We were ready to do that also but even then they are deceiving us.. Very bad experience with both amazon and cello customer care

Sir, I am Simhadri Debnath I have purchased a cello scientific calculator from Chinna Bookstore (contact details:+91 [protected]) in Sriharipuram, Visakhapatnam. Now, the calculator is not functioning after using it for 10 months, and we went to the shop to return it as it has a one year guarantee. But the shopkeeper is denying to change it and he is diverting us for the past 3 weeks by saying the company will send people who'll look into the matter. The shopkeeper is also not providing the contact details of the company people. The cost of the scientific calculator is Rs. 840. I am an engineering student it is quite difficult for me to manage without a scientific calculator. And it is also expensive to buy one more calculator. So, i request you to look into the matter.

Service provider and customer care not responding to air cooler problem

I am rajkamal, i have purchased a cello air cooler (50ltr tower) on april 2016 for the price of inr 9600.00. Within 10days of purchase of air cooler the water sprinkling from the cooler and my bed got full wet, afterthat the tank cover is coming out when the water tank is almost full and its getting shock if we touch the cooler.
I have called the customer care to [protected] on may 3, 2016 and registered my complaint and complaint no is caac[protected]. They have sent me the contact name and contact number of service provider they will contact me regarding this. Mr. Tyagraj - [protected] this person has not called me and when i called him he has not responded. Again on may 12, 2016 i have called the customer care and asked the status about my complaint he informed that there was a service provider and we discontinued the service with them. Further they have sent me new service provider contact name and contact number - mr. Mohd ikramulla - [protected] i called him several times he recieves the call and inform that he will visit in one or two days but he not visited till now. Again i called the customer care on may 17, 2016 regarding this, they informed that to contact to this number[protected] they are senior management they can get resolve the issue. I tried this number several times but no response and sometimes it was busy tone. Again i contacted mr. Mohd ikramulla on may 18, 2016 he received the call and given other number to contact mr. Aslam - [protected] then i have called to mr. Aslam he informed me i will visit within one or two days but till now no one has visited and repaired my air cooler.
I was fed up with this service provider and cello company so i am giving complaint to you regarding this kindly help me and give suitable solution at the earliest.

Cello Blend- N-Mix- 500

I have cello blender, due to some technical issue its not working since 1 month. I called Cello customer care on 19th August and still I am calling Pune branch and Mumbai branch but no one is giving the exact date on which i'll get the blender repaired. Pathetic customer service. If they are not able to provide the service then why they are promising customers ? Whenever you call at Company, they will by pass the issue to someone else. I had discussion with Vilash Mahade(Head- at Mumbai). If he can not resolve the issue than how can i expect response from lower management.
I am so much disappointed with the service.

I purchased cellow h20 water bottle set of 6 six months back, company mentioned its unbreakable but one bottle was broken with out any reason, we placed them in the refrigerator and it was broken, Need to get clarification from the company

Is selling defected calculators.

I purchased 2 cello calculators cc991ms in two consecutive years . Display of both calculator got corrupted in each year. I know 2 friends who purchased cello calculator and both have same problem.. I purchased that from shubham stationary malaviyanagar jaipur ..may be there are some more students who are facing same problem.. It seems a big issue please pay attention to it.

I bought a Cello CC-991ES Scientific Series Calculator from the Vendor "Nikki Stationary Store" in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 18th May 2015 who denied to give the bill and instead he wrote my name and date of purchase on the back side of the calculator and assured me that it will be repaired for free if it gives any problem as long as it remains in Warranty Period(that too of 1 year). Its display corrupted and I approached the Vendor for its repair on 20 July 2015 and asked him to get it repaired. He asked me for the bill and i recalled the entire bill scenario to him and he agreed to get it repaired from Cello. It has been 15 days since then and I have reached him twice every week for the repaired Calculator and each time he makes excuses of the company not sending the repaired piece and when i ask for the bill now he denies to give me stating that he cannot and asks me to come some other day. Today on 5 August 2015, I again went to him for the calculator and he told the same excuse of the company not giving the piece. I asked him to give me the bill so that i can register a complaint but he denied. Then he asked me to talk some person who represented Cello about it and I did and that guy asked me to get a new piece from that vendor and the vendor asked me for 100rs stating that it was the Cello company policy. I asked that representative guy about it and he refused for any of such policy.At last, the vendor gave me a new Calculator but all this caused a lot of inconvenience to me. I request that some action be taken against that vendor for not giving the bill even if asked for and against Cello Company for not issuing the repaired piece on time.

I had purchased the hot box made by cello. i brought 15th july, but within 2 days it was not close properly. We went that shop and asked to replace a new one. But they did'nt response properly. cello product is worst. They wont treat the customer properly.Regards Lavanya chennai- [protected].
