M31 s battery fully fire

I placed my order on 8th of nov. Today it is 19 and still no response from then nobody pics call and in chat they say it will be delivered this week (always same reason). worst customer support and its a fraud website dont buy anything from CELLSPARE.

I purchased j7 max display on 30 sep order id-145405 transaction id-[protected] through Amazon upi the order is received in very poor condition on 13 oct display is crack and it didn't work same day i placed return request he tell me to send pictures and videos by mail i did on 17 i shipped it by post as it came display received by cellspare and he tell me that your product is completely broken it won't accept by technician so he tell me that your amount can't be refunded. Cellspare deliver the product carelessly by post not give pickups for product i send it through post now what's my fault our pm encourage us to go cashless with the dream of digital india is this the digital india where everyone making frauds.

The spares are not delivered for nokia 808 pureview. The delivery date was 28/02/2020. Their customer support number is not working. It is saying the dialled number is wrong. Totally fraud. Taken my money. Cellspare.com is fraud website. Not able to interact. Neither response is there from their side. My money is stuck with them. Total purchase amount= 2999+999= rs 3998.

I have ordered a Nokia 701 Lcd Display on 08.08.2018 at cellspare.com, material received on 07.09.2018, inside the package product in damage condition, asking the supplier to replace, they refuse to replace the product.

I have received the courier on 07.09.2018 but the courier agency send mail as product delivered on 06.09.2018, so supplier said to proof yourself the correct delivery date, but on receipt of material no receipts is issued to us, so my side no proof to receipt date, asking to Fedex they said your location (Udumalpet)not in our direct service so the date mentioned is our coimbatore location branch delivery, on the next day only you get the courier, supplier didn't take any response regarding this issue, they finally refuse to replace to damaged product.

I purchased a mobile display which was defective. So as per instruction of seller I sent photos of product in original condition and returned the product to seller. But after receiving product and my money seller refusing to refund saying product is damaged. The product was checked by technician in front of me and I returned it in original condition. So I request for refund
