Sir,
I purchased the phone from amazon on 2/06/2020, whose payment was made with the name anita sahu debit card. Which order i canceled. I have been given a refund by amazon, but this money has not been deposited in my account by the bank whose refund reference is no. 382550. The details of my bank account are as follows.
My eria bank manager not solve my problem.
Please solve my problem.

    Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 11990 which send to my account on 25th february 2019 from amazon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 74332740053005258302553 and i have waiting since but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it customer care but i didn't get proper solution from bank. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.
    Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.

      I was doing an online transaction of rs 2000 on 27 august 2017 to paytm through central bank debit card. My transaction was failed but amount was deducted. Regarding this, i filled a complain in bank complain no. 2130553. Yesterday bank said that my transaction was successful and paytm is saying it was not done. I have proof of failed transaction of paytm. On that day i made two transaction both of rs 2000. Second one successful but first one was unsuccessful. So, please return my money whoever has taken.

        I have 3 fixed deposits with Central Bank, Nangal Dewat, Mahipalpur from last 5-7 years & now i went to renew those FD's and they have deducted TDS @ 20 % on the interest charges without any prior intimation, because of non-availability of PAN number. Hereby i request you to please suggest the way so that they can revise their return as I am having the PAN number with me but i was not aware of the procedure !!

First SBI ( manjuhal branch) take 2 loan santosh pathak & reeta devi, second main branch begusarai take 1 loan name- santosh pathak, third loan- pnb begusari take 2 loan santosh pathak & rita devi fourth loan ADB Begusarai take one loan seema pathak,
          fifth bank of india take one loan santosh pathak, sixth loan central bank (mohanpur, begusarai branch) takes two loan santosh pathak, seema pathak.
          please sir verify the all loan. this person is missuse for kcc loan.

            sir mera electronics ka business iske liye mujhe alag alga cities mein bank ke madhyam se payment bhejna rehta hai kintu central bank jabalpur (mp) ki wright town branch ke manager mujhse mana kar dete hain, kintu pehle wahan 5-6 time cash deposit kiya phir kehne lage hum nahin jama karenge aap doosri branch se jama kar dein. Humne kaaran poochha to kehne lage hamari branch link nahin hai ab aap bataayen ki main kya karun. Bank ne pehle cash deposit kaise kiya tha yadi link nahin tha.
            Plz help me.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            This is to inform you that the working staff in Central Bank located in Nagaon, New Market Branch (Natun Bazar) should be given proper training and also need to learn some etiquettes towards their customers (pepole with account). They delay in everything. I once asked one of the employee to give me the IFSC code as it was not mentioned in the pass book. Instead he started making fun and passed a comment to the person sitting next to him about me. This was embrassing for me and I had no time for this stupidity. I have some other work too. Is this what the management recruit people for the Central Bank.

            central bank — Blockage & Stoppage of Pension ( PPO #0104030439 )

            I got your details from your website. This is in reference to the familiy pension of my mother - Mrs. Basanti Singh being dispensed from the bank (Central Bank, Civil Lines, Allahabad, U.P). The PPO number is [protected] and central bank account number is [protected] (SB). Since Feb 2012, the pension has been stopped and the account blocked. On enquiry we were told by the ;ocal bank official that the account has been blocked and pension stopped since the bank has lost the PPO copy during digitization process and we were asked to resubmit a fresh copy. We then submitted the requested documents and were assured by the bank official that the pension will be restored and account blockage lifted, however it is very unfortunate that this has not been resolved till date even after multiple follow-ups with bank over this long period.

            Needless to say this has resulted into unnecessary mental harassment and torture for my mother as she has no access to her legitimate pension fund in this age considering her old age. I therefore request you to kindly help us by providing remediation measures on priority basis.
