I am writing this for a request for a refund that I have paid to Cetpa Infotech to Join the Automation Classes for Amount Rs.7600 on 9th Feb 2023.

Reason - I was counselled by Priyanka Pundir and we have a commitment that the starting date for the batch is 14th Feb 2023.

But today is 9th March 2023 which is already around one month and still I did not get a chance to start with automation.

Hello this side is sachin and i tooks the classes from cetpa for sap fico but iam very dis-pointed with the trainer. Mr arjun bhandari is a one of the worst trainer i have ever seen. He is so unprofessional and indiscipline trainer, he tooks a extra money for software intall but still i am waiting. I would suggest anyone don't go cetpa. Its not a useful for anyone and specially arjun he is fraud trainer

[cetpa noida branch] i advance paid for two courses 1st one for python and second for data analytics using python. Python is already completed. For second course it's not started yet. I am waiting for second course. I called many time to the staff of noida branch. And i when batch will be started. They said will revert you after 5 min. But didn't get any from that side. So called them 5th time. Everytime i explained the same thing. This time daisy picked up my call. And she said we have lots of work to do. We are not notifing the students about when his/ her batch will be started. They have ask themselves about the courses. Finally i got news batch has been already started. And i have missed the lots of classes. I asked to return my money which i have paid advance for second course. She said this out of low of cetpa. So in that case i am going to file a valid complaint on consumer court with the help of advocate. Let see how it's go.
