FRAUDS!
We gave advance payment 50% in Jan for embroidered logo hoodies.
After multiple follow ups - No show.
Kishlay, the customer care executive keeps dodging phone calls and doesnt reply. Then he does fake promises of trying to solve the problem but stalls for weeks.
Till date I havent received the correct order or refund of my payment.
I even have a mail chain for proof of their misbehaving and no responses.

caps I ordered from them

i ordered 20 tshirts and 10 caps from them. the images of the cap they mailed before placing the order is different from the actual product and actual product is of very low quality. they charged 170 for one cap which is easily available in the market at a price of 30 or 40 rs. i also checked the price of tshirts which is available at market in 160 rs per piece. they charged 300 per piece. they are not replying to my mails and messages.i just wanted to exchange or return the product but they did not respond.

I ordered a t-shirt from champu.in with the order number 2876 on 31st January 2016. The order still hasn't been delivered although its 30th March today! Despite my multiple attempts of reaching them on Email/FB and innumerous phone calls to their "24/7 customer service number" on the company website. The FB messages are being read and being ignored. The phone calls are not being received. There are multiple complaints against the company...

I have ordered a couple t-shirt from champu.in with Order #2773 on 1st December. I have not yet received the order it has not been dispatched yet and it claims to have a 24/7 customer service number which it doesn't answer. Even after several calls and mails it has not responded. The payment has already been made. Please look into it.

Sadly, the issue still persists. I had a similar problem recently and its been almost 2 months since the order and nothing's been received. The fraudulent company is still getting away with their sham! The company needs to be shut down!

I have ordered a t-shirt from champu.in with order number bearing [protected] on 2nd September. I have not yet received the order and he claims to have a 24/7 customer service number which he doesn't answer. Even after several calls and mails he has not responded

exactly! the same thing has happened with me! i guess this site is all bogus. my payment has been accepted but my order has still not been shipped. this is terribly sad. and immediate action must be taken
