I have received a call from your people regarding confirmation of ECS. I have not confirmed the ECS, but again your people calling for ECS. After that I have informed cancellation of ECS by customer care and by mail. Still issue not resolved. Please look into this issue and resolve immediately.At the time of registration I informed your person I want to pay for one month. But he put on ECS without my consent.

Dear sir, today on 27/05/2016 i made a transaction against booking of one ticket for three persons including me for journey from mumbai to new delhi in train no.12953 vide transaction net/irctc/[protected] and an amount of rs. 6285.80 was also debited from my account but ticket was not generated for confirmation of seats. It is, therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
