I purchased Hyundai Xcent S model from Charisma Hyundai and from booking onward they are making false commitments regarding Loan Amount, Regarding Cash Payment, Regarding Gifts and on 16th October (Sunday) I make down payment and took delivery of my car, before delivery they promised me in words that they will give Car perfume as a gift but at time of delivery they harassed me for paying 400 Rs for perfume and when I refused than they said...

I have booked Grand i10 from M/s Charisma Hyundai, Chandigarh and also paid the full amount within 4days of initial payment. When i went for the delivery of car on the agreed date i was refused for the delivery and i was asked to pay extra 3000Rs for the delivery than the invoice docket. I have not paid the extra amount. This is a total misbehave from d agency. Dont buy any vehicle from Charisma Hyundai, Industrial Area phase 1 Chandigarh....
