I bought a shoe from their Mumbai infinity Malad outlet for 7K and after using it for a month show skin peeled off. I went to complain but store didn’t help, I wrote a mail and someone called regan called me & started speaking to rudely, he blamed me for kicking in these shoe. Inspite of multiple mails, chats & calls they refuse to help. They said it’s a wear & tear issue, pathetic customer service and cheap quality products

I bought bag in July and after a month it’s chain and pocket tears without any much use. I gone to the store so manager said it’s normal to happen. What the hell? What’s the difference between local and brand? He just talked rudely and not helping much.
There is no worth of money.

I purchased a handbag from this brand and invested a good amount of around INR 7000. However, the leather started wearing out. I could not raise an issue due to prevailing COVID-19 situation. Further, the outlet was also not open as the mall from where I bought the product was under repair & maintenance. Once, the restrictions were relaxed, I went to the store and they told that the complaint should be raised as soon as it was found.

I have bags from other brand and i never faced such issue with those brands ever and they are still in good condition.

However, the bag I purchased from Keith started wearing out as soon as like a month. Very bad product quality & service!!!

I am Pinky Modi contact no [protected]. I am a loyal and a frequent customer of your brand. All my footwear and bags are from charles & keith. Never gad this issue before. You got to help me out in this case.


I had purchased a footwear worth 2800 blk colour. In next 3 days leather started wearing out. I guessed may be it was an old stock. I exchanged the same at lower parel outlet on 25th aug late night at 10 pm. For the new footwear i paid 2100 extra as the new one costed 5k. I wore the footwear from shop and got out. Aftr 30 min i was getting in to the car and i noticed scratches on my footwear. These ar sexy white ones. I am loving them too. Being a girl you can understand how I would have felt.


Next day morning i complained to the same outlet went there and complained. They are refusing to change. They are of the opinion that i have screwed it. If you see the scratches it cant be coz of 30 min wearing. If it does i seriously doubt on the quality


Would never ever want to buy this brand again. Also would let all my frnz circle know about it.


How can such a big brand has such pathetic after sales service

I bought a shoe from Charles and Keith, New Delhi and it was an expensive shoe. My shoe got damaged in just 2 weeks and I had worn the shoe only twice or thrice. I gave them the shoe for exchanging and its almost a month and I have not got back the shoe replaced. They have a really bad customer care service.
