Noida Delhi Charles and Keith sold a white belly sandals. I wore them once and my feet was bleeding. I paid whooping 4700. I was told they as a company believe in customer service. I came to Kolkata South city store charles and keith store they promised that my shoe will ve exchanged. They called yesterday to visit the store today and exchanged. Today when I went they refused and started making excuses for not replacing. I have gifted them my shoe and neither I got My money and neither any exchange. 4700 has been put in their fund
