I ordered clothes worth about INR 3K from this online shopping site. It was pre-paid order. Now the website is not operational. It says, stopped operations in India. The company said amount will be refunded in 30 days, and it's been more than 90days now. Not hearing anything from the company.

Ordered Rs. 1000 worth, prepaid for it. Not only did they not deliver, their website said they are winding up operations here, and that I should not worry, they will return the money. Of course they didn't refund, and now their website is nowhere to be found.

I ordered clothes worth about INR 2K from this online shopping site. It was pre-paid order. Now the website is not operational. It says, stopped operations in India. The company said amount will be refunded in 30 days, and it's been more than 90days now. Not hearing anything from the company.

I ordered 2 bra's under order id 8182090cs and the order i received had completely different products.
The quality, shape, design was just not up to the mark and the product was of poor quality.
I visited the site and it just states that the money will be refunded but it has been more than 90 days and no refund has been received.

Ordered 4 clothings worth 2000 above and received cheap bra and panties so far from what i had ordered. Email is bogus, website cannot be reached now.

Completely wrong extremely cheap quality item in a horrible colour was delivered. Not at all what i ordered and paid for. The item was exposed and open in a torn cardboard box when delivered, with no additional layer of packing. This company is a fraud and a ripoff. I feel like i have been robbed.

Wrong products were delivered by this specific site. This brand cannot be reached, everytime I mail them, I get an automated mail saying, the recipient server did not accept our requests to come connect.
Now there website says, we have discontinued in your region and will refund you for the wrong goods delivered. But so far, it has been more than 15 days, no transaction has been processed back to my account.

Charlette's secret — this brand website flashed on facebook page. Website looked very professional and real.. Ordered an apparel worth rs 499 and received totally fake road side, cheap product in return of literally no worth. When i tried mailing their customer support address mentioned in their email that address turned out to be non existent and mail was not delivered and now their website from where i shopped is no longer existing. They don't send gst invoice for an order placed... Its total fraud!!! And i got duped.. Is it possible to reverse the transaction please.
