I had purchased 2 oppo mobiles at Chennai mobiles, tiruvallur showroom. The bill was not provided to me for a week. After registering complaints, I got the bill. But in the bill, various items that I had not purchased had been billed and the price of the mobile was billed Rs.3500/- lesser than purchased price....

I bought a samsung galaxy j7 prime 32gb on 03rd december 2017, and i paid the full amount in cash including for tempered and silicase.

Because the showroom does not have any collections of silicase, one of the silicase which i like but unfortunately another customer took it, i have requested for the same type of silicase and showroom guy said he will order one and will get me in 2 days, but there was no update and i went back...
