I tried to send a bouquet as a gift to Bangalore through this website. The order was never delivered and the customer service was 'HORRIBLE'. The customer service rep was very rude and repeatedly disconnected the line. Please spread the word around. PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. There are far better websites available.

I ordered a bunch of flowers from this website. They charged the money and sent me a delivery confirmation WITHOUT actually delivering the flowers. My email got bounced so I had to call them to check the status. My gift was finally delivered 4 days late with half the number of flowers I ordered. I'd not recommend this service to anyone!!

We had ordered 12 Red Roses Bunch with Chocolate Cake 2 Lbs priced at Rs.949/- on the 13th April'09 from the above named website for delivery at Chennai on the 14th April'09. We paid using our credit card and were provided with the order Track id HCOF-[protected].
It was disappointing to note that the delivery has not been done till date. The site promises same day delivery of flowers & cakes within Chennai. We are unable to track the status of the order on the site.
We had sent out a complaint to the customer care of the above website; Ref. No. CSD[protected] but have not received any reply. We tried contacting on the mobile number provided on the website +91-[protected] but the call was not taken.
We have been left with no choice but to put up a complaint with the consumer forum.
Please look into the matter and advise us.

Yes, I too had a bad experience with this site. Customer service is very poor, even sometimes they dont deliver the gift.

I tried using http://www.theindianmall.com. Excellent site, with full customer support. High quality gifts with prompt delivery. I regularly use their services. 100% satisfaction...

i placed an order online for cake to be delivered 2 weeks afterwards in navimumbai but the cake was not given on day even when the recipient's address was very near to the this company's office .These kind of orders(i.e cake and flowers) have meaning or surprise factor if delivered on correct day.So, I recommend not to use the service of this website for gift delivery i[censored] want the product to be delivered on the same day.

these kind of sites have only to do with money and they have no commitment towards customers.

The recepient phone was switched off so we cant deliver on requested date. Cake is perishable product and cant returned back if recepient not available on the address. It is delivered next day after confirming availability with the recepient.

I want to put forward the problems faced by me from last two days.

On the occasion of Rakshabandhan i had placed an order of 1rakhi,haldiram kajukatli to chennai which costed me around 524INR through Chennaionlineflorists.com.In their website they flaunt of delivery within 24hrs but though i placed the orders on 22nd aug 2010 evening it did not reached my brother till 24thaug(the festive eve).My order number was HCOF-[protected].

I kept on calling their customer service number but either they are busy or they do not respond properly.
Moreover,they are not ready to refund my money back.

Plaese suggest me something in this concern asap.

This is 100% correct. I have ordered a gift to my wife for Valentines Day and they use all such words like same day delivery, midnight delivery and all such scam words. U might have seen many people who have planned to surprise their dear ones by flowers or gifts on valentine day are cheated.

I ordered chocolates for delivery at mumbai, to be delivered in morning to my sister. When i came to know that the order was not delivered, i called up customer care and enquired about it. The response i got was schoking!!!.. the lady who attended my call gave a rude reply " it will be delivered only by 5 pm" when i mentioned about the morning delivrey i ordered she shouted at me " go to my site. its written the delivery time is before 6. so we can deliver it only at 5"!!!

If they deliver things at their convenience, without caring about customer prefernce, these people do not deservce any right to exist in this service area.

One of the worst services offered by chennai online florists. I ordered a blackforest cake and mylar balloons for kids in Chennai. Horrible low quality cake, and to the worst part, instead of mylar balloon, they delivered Rs. 1 worth balloon and collected 299 Rs. for that. When sent mail to them, there was no response.
It is a big scam, good to stay away from these frauds.

they are really totally fraud vendor, and most important there response is very poor after they got the payment, i must say they are theives, this vendor should be stopped doing this business.

My mistake to select this website without reading reviews. I thought of surprising my husband on our anniversary. I ordered chocolate cake and the one i got was a poison. The cream was smelling like bleaching powder and we threw it away. It was a real poison. We got afraid to have a single bite even. I also ordered two "I love you balloons" mylar balloons and the one i got was a un-blown local balloon. They got nearly 150 Rs. for those balloons and gave me Rs.1 worth balloon. I ordered for an anniversary card and the crap i got was birthday card. Felt ashamed in front of my hubby. Friends DO NOT GO for this at all. a very bad exp. The add mentionedw as that of an office n cake meant for the team...Team left, office hrs closed. I hope I had read these reviews before sending a birthday cake to my brother on his birthday.
I spent 1700 Rs for a 5 star birthday cake and the cake that was delivered was really poor quality.
I feel so bad that I paid Rs.1700 for the worst birthday cake ever.. As mentioned above nobody is picking up the call or even being able to send an email. This is SCAM! a complete SCAM!!!

This is the worst online experience i have had in my life! My husband sent me a birthday package for 1500 Rs including flowers, cake, chocolates and a teddy bear. What I got could not have been more than 400 Rs! The flowers were dry and withered and the cake was something no human being should ever eat! Moreover they forgot to send the teddy bear. When i complained about the quality they sent me a teddy bear next day but refused to change the cake/flowers. What a horrible experience. I feel so cheated and wish my husband had never ordered from them. They should not be allowed to run, such a big scam!

I wish I had read the review about Chennaionlineflorists.com before sending 12 roses with FerreroRocher chocolates on my niece's wedding anniversary just yesterday. They sent me a mail stating they have delivered the item, but my niece has not received anything. When I called them two to three times, they picked up the call (Thank God!) but they said the same thing that it has been delivered. When I asked the person's name who signed and took delivery, they are telling me to wait till evening. The item I have ordered is a bunch of flowers.. If it reaches late, you can imagine the state of the flowers.. I am really in dark as to what can be done now..

Extremely poor customer service

I ordered for a flower bouquet for my mother on Mothers day, they promised to deliver on Sunday, inspire of constant followup for three days, with no response from their side, we got withered flowers on Tuesday evening and the message was given in a small piece of paper like a rag. The saleperson who delivered the bouquet says they are being overloaded for the sake of profits and are not able to deliver because of the surmounting orders, they never say no to the customer inspite of knowing that they will not be able to deliver.
Pls do not order from this site.

I have placed an order for 1 kg cake on 23rd May 2013, the cake is supposed to deliver on 24th May 2013 at Thanjavur. But till date its not delivered (26 May 2013). I have given a call to customer care and the lady spoke so rudely and i asked for the reason, she said they are going to close this site thats the reason this delay...and i didnot get proper answer for my item delivery timeline. one time she promised to deliver before 8:00 pm on 25th May 2013, but it is not delivered. Hey guys. I have placed an order in COF. After 15mins also my order status was "Pending". So I called customercare to know about my status. My bad time, the number which they have shown in their website is switched off. I got a doubt about COF service, so I decided to check review about COF. 9/10 comments was giving bad review about COF. Really im tensed. Then again I tried to call, this time luckily call got connected and the response from customer care rep. was very feckless. I almost concluded my 850 Rs. is gone. Fortunately I got a call from COF delivery dept. saying within 1 hr delivery will be done.

In my case COF branch is less than 20km. So I have received it on time I think. Good thing is I have placed an order at 4.30pm and received at 7.30pm. In chennai traffic luckily I have received at good time.

So please guys, check your nearest delivery store before placing order. If COF delivery store is not close to you then go for other websites. unncessarily we dont need to trust/wait for these guys.

My conclusion is, we have so many websites who is doing gift service. We have to choose our nearest store.
