I have taken VRS from PSU ( ITI Ltd.) in Nov.2003. I was due for monthly family pension from 1st Jan. 2011. Emp.family pension certificate vide NO: KN/KRP/4392 was given to me. But it is my bad luck my that family pension is still not settled till date in spite of several correspondence made with 0ffic eof the Asstt. PF Commissioner, EPFO, KR Puram, Bangalore -36.
In the month of May 2012 after getting transaction entries in my passbook with SBI, Indirapuram there was a surprise for me when I found credit of Rs. 10978/- and Rs. 998/- dated 16th May, 2012 from EPF. I presumed that arrears and one months’ pension has been credited to my account. I got a sigh of relief. Now I am just fail to understand without any information how they have credited money and that too only part of my due amount. I am eligible for monthly pension of Rs. 998/- and arrears for 17 months due in my favour comes to Rs. 16966/- whereas only Rs. 10978/- and Rs. 998/- as been credited to my account. Again there is no trail of depositing of regular pension in my account. It seems they have deposited one time payment and left the case unsettled. So please look into the matter as a single penny is worth a dollar for me in these hard days.

I have applied for PF closure for my account at Chennai and the amount has been "settled as per the records". I also received a message that the "settled" amount has been transfered through NEFT to my ICICI Bank account in Szholinganallur branch, Chennai.

It has been above a month since the EPFO has settled the amount officially. But I haven't received any amount to my ICICI account.

My name is B.Vinothkumar and my PF number is TN[protected]. I had worked in chennai (Technosoft global services). I have resigned my job on May 2010. I have applied for my provident fund amount. The provident fund office processed my account and send a cheque to ABN AMRO bank on Jan 2011. Unfortunately that cheque was returned to the provident office. The account which i kept in ABN AMRO bank was closed. This was the reason the cheque was returned to the PF office. I have visited the provident fund office on June 27, 2011 and explained them why the cheque was returned. They gave me one form and asked me to fill the form and submit with necessary documents. I have filled the form and submit the form with necessary documents onJune 28, 2011. They said that they will processed the account and send a new cheque to my new bank account(State bank of India). Till the date i din't received my provident fund amount.

How such type of long gap occured at your end.

The above mentioned dates can show the Royapetai PF office working status. Please try to settle the PF amount within the alloted period.

If there is no reply from PF office mail id which is given in website, then what is the necessary to mention in the website.

Please try to release the PF amount as soon as possible.

As per our below mail thread i received the cheque no.427487 on 10th Dec2009 with the amount of Rs.1443 (One Thousand Four Hundred fourty three) .And the cheque got bounce.
Reason for bounce is showing Exceed Arrangement.

My question is - Why government employees are so indolent, can’t we do any thing? Because they get salary on time even without doing any single penny work.If yes then why government top level officers do not look on reports and ask all their juniors to work on time and finish their work on time which they normally do in a month or two even if the work of 1-2 days. I do not understand indian government peoples so corrupted which ultimately causing India a bad country name on this globe. Even our country ministry also does not take any action. Government people always do compare with private job person's salaries but they never realized that how the private companies guys are working sitting late night working like dog and getting good money. But government employees they get salaries even without doing any thing. Some time a normal person facing huge problem to get the work done from government departments. Guys can't we do any thing for this...? When I think about all this I really feel shame that these government deparment peoples taking india so down, otherwise we have the kind of talent in india for which other counties even can not think of. But due this government peoples there are lots more peoples which are not able to do any thing. I hope some senior position officer/minister will read this article and if have some guts to set some change system in their ministry/office...

I am Kannan.A.worked with Mphasis Pondicherry and I have currently joined Sutherland Global Services. I tried to transfer the PF from Mphasis to Sutherland. I got the PF transfer form fro Mphasis and submitted to Sutherland HR on May 2013. I didn't get any response for that. later when I checked with the HR and I was given a claim ID and the member ID and informed that it stuck with Mphasis and I need to contact them. I checked with they gave a new form saying that we have held your old application because that application is changed to a new one so you need to submit this. I asked them on filling it and they said to fill in my personal details and other details will be filled by them as they have the old claim form. I got message that your new form submitted is in process and later they send me mail saying that the form is incomplete and rejected it. Whom should I complaint on this now.
