Hello Sir/Ma'am,
My name is P Gyan Laxmi and my husband expired on 21st March 21 due to Covid. We owned a property in Housing Board, Bilaspur, Devrikhurd - LIG 205 and the name transfer has not happened from the past one year.
I have submitted all the required documents on 5th May 22 and have also submitted the DD for paying the Tax amount on 23rd Oct 22 as per the guidance of housing board officials.
Housing Board, officials later mentioned that there is new tax which is required to be paid and from November 22 till date they are not sharing the revised TAX rate to reshare the DD.
It's been 1 years the name transfer has not happened so requesting your help so that they can expedite the process.
We have run around multiple times to get things done but still it's not happening.
I need your help here. Kindly help me.

Lack of basic amenities.
I am the owner of house in housing board Urga chattisgarh, pin - 495674 .
Residents here are facing shortage of basic amenities like electricity and water shortage, there is acute shortage of water and electricity, only 2 buckets of water per day and only 10 -15 hours of electricity per day is provided. There is no proper place for disposal of waste . Litters are scattered all over the place .
We have invested our lifetime saving in this project but we are deprived of basic amenities which housing board has promised while purchasing this house .
Kindly look into this serious matter

Delay in refund money disbursal

I had personally visited CGHB estate office on 27July2015 and given an application requesting CGHB Estate Officer to cancel my allotment and return my deposited money against my house booking in Naya-Raipur sector-29.
On 17AUG2015 I received a letter from CGHB Estate Officer that my application is excepted and remittance orders for returning money to me have been given. But till today (18SEP2015) I have visited CGHB Estate Office approximately 4 times and no disbursal is given to me.
Please help.
I needed this money urgently and that is why I have cancelled my booking.

Delay in possession
Hi! I booked a house in CG Housing board in 2005, Also paid Rs 75, 000/- as a booking amount. Till now i have paid all the amount i.e Rs 6, 00, 000 /- . But they have not completed my house construction till now, and i have to visit the officers every other to remind them to force the construction progress there. Also, they will definitely charge me the interest amount because i have not paid the installments as per their given schedule. Why should i pay on time? I am living in rental house since 3 years and paying Rs 3, 000 /- per month also. I want them to pay me the compensation instead for the delay they have done.

I am also agree with you, because I have also booked a house in Sejbahar(Raipur) since 2006 and still possession is not given to me, thats why it is necessary for us to make a group of suffere and go to consumer court against C.G. HOUSING BOARD for compensation due to delay in possession.

Are you people really serious about your money?At the first place why you bought house with housing board?If you did that mistake then only you have bear, please do not complaint for your mistake for your mistake, only you are responsible.
Housing board is a group of corrupt people only.Did you find any honest people within C.G.Housing board?Is there anyone who will tell me, how to complaint against corrupt engineers in C.G.Housing board.There are many highly corrupt engineer in C.G.Housing board whose salary may be less then 30, 000 per month & in their whole career they might have total salary of few lakhs only.But they have properties of few crores, the best example is Rajendra Kumar Rathore, Executive Engineer now posted in Durg, C.G.Housing board.If income tax department raid his house he may find around few crores diamond jewellery + unlimited property in Raigarh, Raipur...Is someone listening.Infact raid any C.G.Housing board engineers house, IT will definately get few crores, from where all these money come.
