Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to make a request for my Voter ID card application with ID:7765671 which is pending since long. I submitted the request online on 2nd June and it still shows the status " Form-6 Under Process". Kindly help me in to take my request further.

Registration of Name in veoter list
I had submitted the documents along form-6 for enrolling my name in the voter list from Matiala assembly constituency in last week of March 2009. Till date i am not able to find my name in the voter list of delhi. If no action to be taken on the application then why is the end date for enrollment published as 03-Arp-2009. This clearly show the lapses in the functioning of the Election commission....
