Dear Sir,

There is a one app in google play store totally looting customer as per app adding 1000 rs in their wallet customer will get 2500 rs cash back and adding 500 rs get 1250 cashback in next month and I added same on 8th june 2019 but still now i didnt get a single rupee cash back and how ever i complianed many times and wrote many reviews but still may customers are loosing their money because every one is confused with the app name. As long back HDFC back use to run Chillr App and that is closed long back and people get confuse here and blindly many customers belive in the brand name of HDFC they register and recharge the amount but these frauds are looting Indian citizens money.

Please remove this app from google play store as it is totally doing fraud with customers. Please do needful in taking some proper action.

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that i've used an app named chillar app to make a transaction worth of rupees 1000 and 2000 from my virtual rupay card to chillar wallet.
Now the total amount in my wallet should be 3000. But to my surprise it was 2080 rs. I tried to send rs 1970 + 5.5% bank transfer charges from wallet to bank. Till now it is showing pending and couldn't able to track where my initial 1000rs is.
I've tried to contact them with the provided number in the app. (Screenshot attached) one number doesn't exist and another one is switched off. I've sent multiple emails to them. Haven't got any response. I'm afraid that they are not provide any support. Please help me get the the amount 1970rs + 1000 rs to my bank account
