Hi team,

I did a transaction of 9000rs from chillr app in aug 2018 but the transaction got failed but the amount is still not refunded.

Can you please take action on it and get the amound refunded.

The above mentioned company has did the wrong recharge plan.
The recharge plan of was full talktime of 66rs. Into 65 rs. As they had shown in their browsing plan.
After recharging, the plan i got was like 100 mb 3g data for 3 months.
I had informed about this to the corresponding person, but none action were taken.
Please do any needful....
