Travel number MH23, W5132 ROYAL CHINTAMANI TRAVELS PUNE TO MALKAPUR ON DATE-12/08/2023...As it did not depart from Nigdi, the passengers were boarded in a different bus So the designated bus was released from a distance of 30 km and was already loaded with people of hooligan tendencies...The driver boarded such people by buying tickets for less money, so those who bought tickets with full payment suffered...

Chintamani Travels cheated me like anything. I purchased 3 bus tickets from Pune to Hyderabad. We waited at thier stop for so long after some time the shop guy said bus went away and we shocked.
We asked for refund, he just abused us and teared the ticket and said just go from here, we double shocked. we are helpless, can any one please help??
