I sent a parcel to my daughter who is living in January 2023. It's been almost 5 months and she hasn't received the parcel yet. This is absolutely unacceptable, please look into it....

Hello,
I am a customer of Chips courier service and I had send my belongings like books, clothes and utensils on 5th of December 2022 through Chips courier from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Ontario Canada. Since that day till today that is 5th January 2023 my courier weighing approximately 90kg is lying in Mumbai office. Since past 15 days I am trying to contact the person in charge at Ahmedabad office and I get different replies...

I have booked one parcel from Ahmedabad india to Germany on 22/07/2014.as per today morning status parcel will be delivered to day. suddenly in evening status shows undelivered. My son is waiting for the [arcel and he has not left the room since morning to get the parcel as per your schedule .why your system shows undelivered. I had sent a courier containing items worth Rs.20000 to Hamburg, Germany, via Chips International Courier and Cargo on date 4/11/12 at the cost of 9943. The particular courier never reached its destination and inspite of numerous search request made on my behalf the courier was not found. This can be attributed solely to the callousness and indifference on part of the company in question. It has led to a twofold loss...
