On 8th October, I had placed the following order on Choco Town website. The order # was 15051 and it consisted of 3 packs of Lindt chocolates.
On 13th October, I received the delivery via Xpressbees tracking number: [protected]. The delivery contained incorrect items, though on the top of the box, the items were correctly mentioned as above.

We tried contacting the following numbers, mentioned on the website https://www.chocotown.in/
a) [protected] (mentioned on the box for return, but this was an invalid number
b) +91 [protected]: This number was mentioned on website, but it has been disconnected

I also my complaint on the following email id: [protected]@chocotown.in (This email id was mentioned on website, but the email bounced)

My order id is #15523
i placed an order of chocolates and cookies worth 2100 but instead they sent me nutella box worth 700 or less.
now they are not responding to may of my mail, they are frauds and the site seems to be fake.

Placed an order for Rs. 2200, received wrong and fake items worth Rs. 300.

Contact numbers on website are not working. Even email bounced back. This is obviously a fraud and a scam...

I ordered imported chip from this company called Chocotown online from their website. These chips are more than 600 Bucks. I placed the order and I got a wrong item, a coffee bottle. I have reached out to them through their site and contact details but haven't heard back and can't reach to them. Please look into this issue

Placed order for chocolates and the same is printed on the box. But inside only 2 coffee bottles were there

I had placed an order for 3 pack milka happy cow bars, watermelon apple and cherry lemonade nerds, and kirkar mini moments 16pieces, instead received kraft barbecue sauce and and davidoff instant coffee. i would appreciate if this issue is resolved asap

I had ordered 6 lindt dark chocolate worth Rs1110 and upon shipment after I unboxed the product it was Espresso 57 and Sweet brown sugar barbeque sauce. The bill on the box is right but the product recieved is wrong. I tried to contact the customer service call number but it was not valid and I also mailed the support mail of choco town but the mail address is not found.

I placed an order for four bottles of Nescafe Gold Blend Coffee (Imported) under order number #14127 via chocotown.in on a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis. Today, the courier delivery personnel arrived with a sealed box. Fortunately, my wife inspected the contents before making the payment and, to our dismay, discovered that the coffee supplied was the regular Nescafé Select Coffee, not the product I had initially ordered. It appears that chocotown.in may be engaging in deceptive practices, as they lure customers with misleading product images and competitive prices, only to dispatch incorrect items.

I made multiple attempts to contact their customer service through the phone number listed on their website and via email, but both avenues proved futile, with the phone number indicating it had been disconnected. Additionally, the courier delivery person was uncooperative when I sought to return the opened box, engaging in an argument. It was only after asserting my intention to involve law enforcement that he reluctantly departed.

I strongly caution against making any purchases from chocotown.in, as it appears to be a fraudulent website engaged in deceptive practices.

I have just now received the order and made a payment t of 995 in cash.
I opened the box and found out it contained :
Davidoff Rich Aroma instant coffee 100 gm
&
Nescafe classic 100gm

Both the items are not what I ordered and are lower value times.

Now I checked their reviews on internet and found that this is what they are doing regularly and with every customer.
Seems to be a fraud company cheating people openly, there should be a strict action taken against these people.

I want them to either exchange my order and provide what I paid for or refund my money.

Called for davidoff. They sent something else.

I was disappointed to discover that the product I ordered from the Chocotown website is not what I received on top of that the received product is expired.
For your reference, I have included pictures showing what I ordered
and what I actually got. This is not the first time such an issue has
occurred, as I experienced a similar situation in a previous order.

Wrong Product and Very much Cheaper Than I've ordered. Phone number and Mail id is not in work. It seems Fraud company.

Fraud, didn't supplied anything. Phone is switched off, not replying for mails.

Placed order for Hershey's Nuggets assorted chocolate 440g pack. Paid INR 700, hich includes INR 150 for shipping. Received mail saying item is shipped with Xpressbees courier. However I am unable to reach the shipment with hiven AWB. Xpressbees sites says AWB not found. They are not responding to emails. Email ID support @chocotown is not valid as email bounced. I sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com also twice, but no response.

I ordered Cinnamon crunch toast cereal for total Rs. 599 on 21-may-2023. I received the order email, however the courier tracking number does not show any data. The Customer support email and phone numbers are fake and no response from them. The ordered item status never changes and product not delivered.

I wish I had checked the reviews and complaints about this website. Haven't received any order of what order I placed, and it's given me a fake Xpressbees tracking ID. Phone number is out of service and email has no response.

Placed an order with chocotown received wrong items from them and their number is not traceable or email address is wrong too.

No communication or confirmation after placing order, no shipping updates, tried to call the listed number: Not Available, sent email to id listed on their website: bounced.

There is no way to contact them or trace the order, no intent to send the order.

I ordered nescafee coffee 400g in weight and received davidoff coffee 200g in weight. i paid 2000 inr for it and received the wrong order worth 800 inr. the email address is fake and the phone number is always inactive.

I have ordered chocolates and biscuits from chocotown.in worth 2200 rupees but i received bread spread and coffee powder worth 1000 rupees instead.
I tried to contact them to return my products but the phone number and email address provided on their website are not active.
Its clearly a scam/fraud website.
Please look into it and take action so that no one else would fall prey for their fraud.

Obviously I am writing because got fooled by this chocotown.in website. You placed an order of whatever, they will send u bogus items. You open your package, found stupid items, try to call them back on their so called customer care number or email ...

Boom, phone is switched off, email bounce back to you. You are toasted. Money is gone. Just curse yourself why u placed order here

I had ordered hershey nuggets chocolates worth ₹550 instead of that i received an expired david off coffee! I want an immediate action towards that fraudster website

I have ordered 2 chocolate and 2 snacks worth 1050inr and I have received expired fruity pebbles this is a scam .

Ordered Lay's Barbeque(2 packs) and Pop Tarts. However, received Fruity Pebbles which were expired. Hopefully these scammers get caught and jailed for taking money and giving false products.

I ordered ferrarorocher chocolate 5 quantity (200gm of 5 boxes) but i recd wrong product as coffee powder i need refund i am shocked about google policy how such fraud company run ads at google platform google should remove this company from his platform i need my refund and also i request to courier company who tieups with such a fraud company for such a little profit this is totally misuse of internet i reques you to kindly make a strong policy with such a fraud people or fraud company

The company charged me cash on delivery of Rs 2660 for imported chocolates
