I ordered 2 sauces but it's never getting picked up- email and phone number don't exist - it's a fraudulent website

Placed a prepaid order for Rs 1250 Back in April and never recieved it. Beware of this website, they are a fraud. Email or phone numbers do not work. Please DO NOT place an order with them unless you want to lose your money

I had ordered 5 Davidoffs for 1895 and received the delivery for 4 Nescafe (duplicate) .
The company’s email I’d and their customer care numbers are not reachable .

I purchased samyang ramen sauce rs 1500 but they'll send coffee bottle 300 rs kaa please punished them

I ordered items and prepaid for them. I was sent a tracking link which showed my items were never picked up.
Their customer care email and phone number do not exist.
It is very disheartening to be scammed this way.

I ordered samyang buldak sauce and it ttok them like a week to deliver and it costed 600 rupees. when i opened the package, there were pop tarts in the box, 600 isn't a small amount for a student who's budget bound.

I ordered galaxy choclate milk but when I checked it... It was vinegar apple cider and when I called at the number it was switched off...

I haven't received an update or the tracking link for my order that has already been paid for, no response when I contact them, please look into it, thank you

I ordered Flamin Hot Cheetos, Cheetos Cheddar Jalapeno and Bugles Chilli and received two packets of Cheetos Popcorn. I tried reaching out over call and through email, they're both incorrect.

Scam website. Accepting payment but not delivering. Mail id and contact number is also fake. Please take action before they fool and scam more people

I placed an order of 2 chocolate imported from them but received wrong product. I paid rs. 950 for the order. They are not responding to my calls or emails. Finally I got through their number and the person on the other end started using vulgar language.

I ordered 2 packs of nuetella biscuits and lindt hazelnut chocolate. Instead I got hienz beans cans and kinder choclate. I am so disappointed. The email support I'd is false and the number is off too. I am now seeing so many complaints regarding this company. Why hasn't an action been taken by the authorities. What's the point of putting up complaints if they aren't followed through

I have placed an order of Ferrero Rondnoir chocolate from Choco Town online on 09.07.22. My order number is 4134. It was a Cash on delivery order. On 12.07.22 order was delivered through courier Xpressbees with tracking number:[protected]. On opening of box it was found that Chocotown has supplied Nutella two bottle inplace of Rondnoir Chocolate. So, quickly i have contacted Chocotown through customer care number but this number is not in operation. So, i have contacted them through mail but mail is also bounce. So, i assume that it is clear case of online fraud. Requesting you to help me to resolve this case.

I had placed and order from this site called chocotown and they sent in a wrong product...thw number provided doesn't work and the email aren't isn't answered and I have already paid 1600 for this products and they sent me a bean box and arent replying to my mails neither are they refunding my cash please help me with this

I had ordered (order no #3857) galaxy Jewels chocolates gift box 200gm x1 on 27 june 2022 04:44 pm. I received my package on 2nd July . I was shocked to find out a box of “ After Eight” chocolate! This was supposed to be a gift i wanted to present within a week. Despite waiting for several days, i had received an entirely different product.

I have to say this company’s service is horrible!
Since then, I have been constantly mailing to chocotown to return my money or the desired product within a week. But haven’t received any favorable message. They said they would send me the new shipment tracking address. But it has been a week. They have stopped responding to my mails.
why run a firm if you are not capable to deliver the right product? I came across this company’s reviews with the exact same complaints. Unfortunately, i had received my order by the time. They have delivered noodles instead of coffee!
I want a compensation no matter what. I have lost my money and time over this company’s irresponsibility. I want my money back.

They are not sending my prepaid order ( cadbury dairy milk turkish delight chocolate 180gm (imported) ) 2 pc
there was almost 20 days they have not delivered yet
they gave no option to cancel it

Scam website, ordered some flaming hot cheetos for nostalgia and instead got some stupid imported nescafe worth less than half of my order value according to their own site, which is probably worse than a premium indian coffee brand - via a cod service that doesnt allow you to check until youve already paid. If you have imported items why not just build a customer base instead of ripping people off for a few hundred bucks. Bikhari website

I had ordered * *3 Davidoff Espresso ** rich aroma coffee(3*100gms) in June using COD. But they delivered one fine aroma and tang. I tried calling them but their number was switched off and also they are not replying to an email. Please take some action against them.

Chocotown is a scam. I ordered Crunchie two weeks back, and i was so excited but then I got suspicious after i made the payment and only got a payment confirmation in my email but no shipping or tracking ID. I looked up reviews and realised it wad a scam and sure enough I havent received my package. They also had the audacity to ask for a 150 rupee shipping fee!!

I placed an order of Lotus Biscoff cookies and spread but received a bottle of Almarai cheese spread. Wrote to the given mail id but received a reply saying no such mail id exists. Tried calling them but the number is switched off. Very disappointed and a total waste of money. Highly regret buying through this fraudulent compay.

I had ordered 2 flaming hot Cheetos from this website and today[protected] after I opened my package there were 2 completely different chocolate items. Very disappointed and looking to take legal action against them

Received a completely different order. Attached are snapshots of my actual order and the order I have received. Such a fraudulent setup.

Wrong cheaper items sent by Chocotown through xpressbees courier & they are cheating customers by taking money on cod orders & then not responding to resolve the issue . They have no customer support number & you are just left trying to chase them on 1 email I’d where they just respond saying we will look into the matter but that is Hyat so convenient. They cannot be allowed to get away by cheating customers like thus.

#3386 order number arrived on 9th june 22 to our lucknow address, had ordered through chocotown.in website - 2 davidoff rich aroma & almarai cheese triangles totalling to 1, 028/ which we paid as cod to xpressbees delivery agent & were notcallowed to open & check but pay irrespective of wring cheaper which were less than half the value - 1 heinz apple cider vinegar & picky chockate biscuit sticjs were sent. We were shicked & immediately took picture & tried to reach their number & email id mentioned which dontcexist. Socwectried to place another order just to get another enail id . So we nanaged to send a mail but in response got a mail back saying we will look into it . This fraudulent site needs to be stopoed from cheating customers.

Www.chocotown.in or chocotown is a fraudulent online shopping website. They will take your order and deliver a cheap item that you did not order, with a third-party courier. So you have to pay the cod even if you check the product inside the package. If you prepaid for the order then they will create a fake delivery id. Their contact number is not working and their email doesn't respond.
So never order from this site. Also, try to complain and close the company so others will not suffer.

They are taking orders for premium brands and then sending local brands products
