Doctors are never on time, there timinig is 10 or 11 O clock but they come at around 12 O clock.

My Mother Lakshmi Kanta Sodani was hospitalised on 9 June in Choithram hospital as she was tested Covid positive

Her age is 63year old

She was discharged on 26 June 9.00pm

She asked for the final discharge file they told her to sign few paper and said that since CMO is not there so rest of the pending things they will give later to the Insurance agent

My mom stay alone she has taken the admision and dicharge alone from the hospital she trusted the hospital and left for home
she was quarantine for another 14 days as a precautionary measure
we had already registered the case for mediclaim on 9 june and so did we informed the agent about her Discharge

We have paid 231370 to the hospital

The mode of Transfer was online payment through direct account Transfer in hospital Account

But now hospital has denied to handover the pending bills to us

we are following up with them but they dont respond properly

Due to which we are not able to file for Mediclaim

Its been 70 Days she is been discharged

I have admitted my newborn baby in coithram hospital indore. They have issued a entry card for attender but it was lost by cleaning stop during changing the bedsheets. It was not my fault. I have requested to issue me a duplicate card but they have given me permission after extra charge of 150 for this.
Actually it is unjudgeable because it was not my mistake.

We have taken a slip of dr. C. B. Chabda yesterday, but since she was on round the assistant who is not well qualified checkes the patients and don’t even ask the patient to wait for doctor. He wrote us two medical tests, one was blood test and other was x-ray.

Even when the patient was having fever, cold and cough he did not write any tablets or anything else. However upon insisting by us he wrote just a tablet for fever.

Today again we have taken a receipt of dr naresh bharti and again today someone else is checking on his behalf.

Please take strict action in this regard else i will complain in written to police about this. You cannot make patients full by putting name plate of a md and the doctor who checks the patient is not that much literate and experienced and do not posses such degree.

I admitted my child mst aveer singh on 15th june & he discharged on 23rd june, i have coorparte policy of icici lombard through which all treatment was goes on, at the time of discharge hospital put claim to icici in which clearly mentioned do not pay 10, 500 its excess charges, hospital people asked us to pay this amount only then give you discharge & asked to claim at your side & also took 5625 as advance payment asked will reimburse you on 40 days, but when i called today thery replied take 1 more month...
