I purchased sebowash shampoo - cipla, online, but found that the 100ml shampoo is only 50%. I have kept the packet with the shampoo unused, unopened. I fail to understand such lacunas from a reputed company.
I request cipla company to immediately take action against the irresponsible qc or it’s vendors who on behalf of cipla pack this health care pharma product and inform me immediately to avoid any further legal complications and also supply me correct product at the earliest.

Under the prescription of a doctor i bought advent forte syrup for my child but when i added the water to the powder it gave a foul smell. And the color also changed. I had already used that medicine earlier so i was very much aware about the color and fragrance.
I want to tell you that such a negligence in the pediatric range is not acceptable at all so i am going to file a case and soon you will receive a notice..

Dear Sir

I had purchased Bosentas 125 mg tablets on 4th October 2019 from Delhi. Total quantity purchased was 36 strips of 10 tablets each. Now when I opened one sealed packet of six boxes in plastic wrapper I found that 3 pkts had only one strip inside instead of 2 strips each and other 3 packets had 2 strips each. The batch number is BA90840. This is very shocking and not expected from company like Cipla as it is an expensive medicine with each strip costing Rs.1256 approx.

Kindly advise how to resolve this matter as I should get the short supplied medicines back from your company as it is like cheating your customers. My wife is using this medicine for more than 10 years and we have never faced such issue earlier.

I purchase medicine from med life and it receive on 04.10.19. after receiving medicine when I check medicine I found that one strip of endobloc 5 mg expired.then I complain med life but no action against expired medicine .I request plz action on this . Compny harsh me from receiving date, when I call they said ur complain in format plz wait .
Last time I request co plz solve complain as soon as possible.

Bought 3 months subscription of cipla immuno Booster from cipla website and only one pack delivered till now, the pathetic customer service person Ms. Taruna crying about the inefficient head office and internet and WhatsApp team. Been waiting for more 45 days from the last delivery and cc team just giving rubbish excuses. Shame on you cipla for taking the money in advance with a promise for monthly delivery and now no update. I have purchase cipox eye drop b no a 490235 manufacturers at cipla jaipur on opening eye drop i found label is get stick inside during remove label is tared off indicating poor labelling also spike provided inside cap is not effective as after multiple turn off cap tip of eye drop not getting brake ultimately can't use eyedrops as spike doesn't brake tip of bottle

I buy a product of cipla ltd from market for my baby. When i checked the mfg and exp date on product label their are two different dates are mentioned. As on novamox cv ds their are two types of mfg and exp date on the product. Which is not acceptable at all. It is very critical case. Do needful. I have the proof of same. As per one stampt its exp is oct 2020 and on same it's exp is mark as may 2020. And same mfg date s are also different as nov 17 and dec 18. It is my complaint.

My dad has brought cromal eye drops - 5ml on date 26/03/2019 from apollo advantage cc-102, sainikpuri. I am suffering from hay fever so went and brought this eye drops.
Batch number: n70104
Manufacturing date: dec 17
Expiry date: nov 20
I found there were ants inside the sealed bottle of eye drops. Luckily i was able to see them and realized before putting the eye drops into my eyes. I have the bill, which shows the purchase date, item number and video of the product. After seeing this, my dad went and returned this drug back to pharmacy.
I would like to know what’s the reason of this negligence? Why there is no quality control or quality assurance happened on this batch?
Insects inside the bottle could have caused me lose my vision. By god grace i have seen them and saved my eyes by not using the eye drops. I want to know how big companies like cipla couldn’t trace this big mistake and pharmacy like apollo didn’t even realized and issued this drug to me.
Looks like it’s a failed batch, what actions are been taken for this failed batch?
Companies cannot play with individual’s life by selling an infected product like this.
And i would even want to know how pharmacy dealt with this?

I have been using enclex 40 (Enoxaparin sodium injection ip 40mg/0.4ml) from last three months, but this time i get the box of enclex 40 injection with batch no. Epp604018 and exp. Aug2020 from one of the wholesaler of jabalpur (Mp) which haven't any measurement mark (Unit measurement). So kindly suggest us what should we do with this box because it's quite risky to use this injections which haven't any measurement marks as we think that there must be some sampling mistake.

I purchased five ors oral rehydration salts ip packets on 5th march 2019 hyderabad, and one of the packed is not sealed properly which is manufactured in july 2018.
This product is using by so many pregnant ladies and children but people who manufacturing this is not following even minimum packing procedures and cipla is not a small company in pharma field.
Take necessary actions against the manufacturer and save many lives.

I, sapna marwah patient of breast cancer and undergoing treatment for the same in rajav gandhi cancer hospital with cr no. 238096 and using biceltis 440mg of cipla.
My financial conditions are very weak.
I am purchasing this medicine from janakpuri distributor narula associates.
For the first two times i got the medicine buy one and the other one is free of cost.
But when i purchased for the first two times, i got one free medicine.
But for the third time i purchased it and when there was the time to get the free injection, he denied for that and told that now the scheme is not valid now.
He has not intimated me at the time of purchase and communicating it very late.
He cheated on me. Its my humble request to please take the concrete action as soon as possible because i am not enough financially strong to take such expensive medicines and apart from that i have been got cheated too.

Major action must be taken against such fake sites.

My spouse suffering from jagrons syndrome, for that doctor prescribed to use add tears lubricant eye drops since may-2018, i prefor to use the same from cipla manufacturer since may-2018, after end of the last pack my son by mistakenly open the top lid and found the black colour particals all most like fungal growth, based on that i have checked new pak received on lost month by keeping transparent light, i checked found same growth batch no: c870791 manufacturing date:oct-17, expiry date dec-19, i feel so bad about their preparation and their maintenance and i need justice for that.

The price is different in different place and is too costly. Somehow we managed but it is wrong as if a patient who is in need of this medicine can't pay and he/she will suffer a lot. We buy it in rs. 950/- and 700/- in one place and in 1304/- in another place for only four tablets. We are getting fooled by the sellers as they are selling us in great amount.
So, please understand our problem and minimise the rate of it and also set one fixed price for this for every place especially in lucknow.

At the time of leaving company i withdraw my pf and got cheque after 4 months.
When i deposited that cheque in my account, the amount returned stating "item listed twice". As per discussion with your pf team i returned cheque to mumbai central office with banks statement. As i am using inhaler for few years. Now with dose counter. It is supposed to give 200 doses but it stops at 160. Remaining doses are empty. This was repeated for 2-3 times. I have prescribed Iprovent in Haler as back as 2004 which I have been using.
Since the last year it has been discontinued for unknown reasons.
Could you alternate in-haler for iprovent.? This has caused a lot problem for me as I am used to this once in the morning and in the night. Non Availability
has put me in health problem. This is unfair from your company withdrawing most important medicine from production with prior intimation to users.

I had bought vedapeel and tryses cream from cipla xternf in dec 15 mr jayesh yadav had supplied it and it was worth eleven thousand with the products expiry dating july 17 but from june 16 itself the cream became black smelly and started leaking so i have been complaining since then but to blind eyes and deaf ears finally i had to lodge a complaint here let us see if this platform is usefull or not

I have been using your asthalin inhaler from last fifteen years. From last 6 months cipla introduced dose counter from then volume of inhaler is no more 200 doses it's around 100 to 120.I recently purchased your asthalin inhaler B.No.SA62770 This is with dose counter and supposed to give 200 metered dosages. But it stopped at 120 dosages and nothing would come after that. Why it gave only half of what it is supposed to give. I had to purchase new one today spending Rs 128 again it's expensive too. I am sandeep kumar from Muzaffarnagar. My parents suffering from Hepatitis -C since 2013. They are started taking medicine for Hepatitis -C from Meerut.

We started medicine based on doctor consultant and he suggested you can take any make medicine but Cipla repetitiveness sitting in same center and she suggested to start Cipla make medicine and on-behalf of Cipla she will provide Virus load test report after 6 months medicine as complimentary.Last to last month 6 months course completed.When we approached for virus load testing she denied the same.

I will let you know the One major thing" Cipla medicine is much higher the other make medicine"

Now she is denied to do the virus loading test. after that last month itself we contact Cipla one more person" XXXXXXXXXX( I am not putting name here)" he told he will take care. he told just visit Lal path lab and submit the blood sample for virus load testing. My parents went and gives the blood sample before 3 weeks. As per Cipla manager he sent the mail and lal lab will do the virus load. Every week Lal lab asking for confirmation mail from Cipla side but so far not getting as per Lal lab.
When I try to contact with Cipla manager he did pick the phone and after some message exchange in between US.

Now he also denied to do the Virus load. I didn't understand how and why Cipla will harsh the clients.

I am requesting to you, Please look into the matter and resolve the issues.
My parents are in old ages. its very difficult to went to Lab from my village to city to do the blood sample again and again because of Cipla miscommunication.

I am sending my conversation with Cipla representative regarding the same for more clarity. If required
