City Survey Office Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for mutation on 09.11.15 in the name of Dr Sadaf Samreen, Sheet Number- CTS No 1128, Nagar Bhu kramank- CTS02, Maujha- Wadpakad. Till now i have not recieved any correspondence from the office . I have visited the office uncountable times many times the officer concerned is not on chair, once i met the incharge also and he gave me the assurance that the officer will visit the site on 23.3.16. But till now no body has visited...

I Kajal Chakole resident of Narendra Nagar Nagpur had an agreement to purchase a property at Adhyapak Nagar, Plot No.11, Manewada, Nagpur on 24-Feb-2012. The owner had agreed to have the sale deed within 3 months from the above given date along with all the correct documents including the NOC from required authorities and Property Certificate from the City Survey Office. But now its been more than 8 months but he dint got the Property Certificate...

We have our own plot of about 1500 sq foot in the Nagpur at chhtrapati nagar, ring road. Right now we are plan to build our own house so we are going to pass naksa (arcitech) to site office but where we got that in the city survey paper they mention mistekly 1000 sq foot instead of 1500 sq ft, so we go to city survey office to correct this problem. We fillup form for this but atleast 5 months over but still no any action. We are stuck here...
