My order was supposed to be delivered on 14.02.23 but still not delivered neither i am able to track status
No one picking up my call on helpline number mentioned on the website ([protected]) and no one is replying to my mails to [protected]@cityflowers.co.in
Please refund my money immediately
Seems this is a fraud site just to loot money from people

Replaced bouquet without informing and wont talk to customer afterwards

They sent red flowers instead of pink sunflower that they took money for. They stopped answering calls when questions. #Anniversary destroyed.
Even the bouquet they went was with stale and noj fresh flowers. Even the foliage is poor. The theme was Pink Sunflower. They say they cannot guarantee color and per their policy they can change the color, freshness, style or bouquet or quality if flowers as and when they wish
Response from the Fraudster CityFlowers when asked why they sent red stale instead of fresh pink as advertised.
We create our designs with the freshest flowers so that they reach their maturity in the recipients’ home. The arrangement was designed to the full value along with seasonal fillers. As per our substitute policies listed on our website, in the unlikely chance we are sold out of a particular flower / color we are able to substitute with another similar flower of a different color. We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flowers color.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING FRAUDSTER.
THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS AFTERWARDS. I mean Anniversary and events are serious business. How can you change the bouquet without even telling the customer the ordered flowers aren't available. This is serious fraud as they switch off their phones afterward.

Product Not Delivered But Charged in Full

Order #CITY12134586 was placed for my aunt's birthday for 2 PM delivery. Payment is already made but they are neither responding to emails or to calls. Also the delivery is not made. This seems to be a fraudulent website.
There is no tracking mechanism also though website says track here. It says null

Fraud happend charged twice

My order number #CITY12133850 has been charged twice and also the product is not delivered as promised. I am going to forward my complaint to EFraud on online fraud and forward your company details to the cyber crime.
In all modes, I need a full refund of my money to my account.

I am Somesh, I ordered a flower bouquet on 14th Feb 2022 from this website worth INR 1050 with order ID #CITY12134006. But haven't received the order. It was supposed to deliver yesterday but even today i.e. 15th Feb it is not delivered. I tried to connect them via email, phone and live chat but they haven't responded. It is very frustrating behavior by the customer care team.
I am requesting for full refund as the order is not at all delivered and there is not response from the team.

Stale Flowers

I had order an online flower from this site, when this was delivered the flowers were smelling so bad. These were not at all fresh. Request all to check this before buying products from this company.
Following points to be noticed.
1. Order No : CT[protected]
2. Issue 1 : The flower delivered were not fresh, were smelling stale, waters coming out of it
3. Issue 2 : The offer code they had provided "CF10" was valid till 12th Feb. Where as I got it on 15th Feb. They have not mentioned the year. If this is current year then this is ridiculous.
4. Issue 3 : Customer Care have not responded after 24 hours of complain.
