Being health center of higher level it lacks availability o[censored]ltrasound to its patients, they do not get govt. facility of low cost ultrasound and rather to go for private labs which charge around Rs.1800 or more.

Hi Need to put the complaint for specific department of medicine 214 civil hospital palampur . Lady was there at time 1:15 pm 21 April 2022, she was so much rudely talk just for asking to give paper bag for medicine.

I was not aware that no paper bag provided for medicine but no issue.. everyone can manage, but the thing is she deny to give the paper bag with rudely gesture received from her and i again ask for the same then she replied with offensive language.. and shows me hand gestures badly to go .

Every person come to hospital with his/her health issues but how the staff deal with us in hospital is so painfull for us.

They charged 200 for blood sugar test and Hb test

मेरी पत्नी पेट से है 8वा महीना चल रहा है पिछले तीन दिनों से उसकी हालत काफी ख़राब चल रही थी उठने बैठने में परेशानी पेट में दर्द |
इसलिए आज में उसे अस्पताल ले गया, पिछले चेक अप में डॉ. पर्ची पर कुछ टेस्ट लिखती हैं लेकिन मेरी पत्नी को इस बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं थी, क्यूंकि पर्ची हाथ में दे दी और कहा भी नहीं के यह टेस्ट् होने हैं । अब आज डॉ. कहती हैं कि तुमने ये टेस्ट क्यों नहीं करवाए? मेरी पत्नी ने कहा कि आपकी तरफ से मेरे टेस्ट को लेकर कोई बात नहीं हुई थी | डॉ ने कहा आज करवा लो, मेरी पत्नी ने कहा कि टेस्ट कहां होगा, डॉ. कहते हैं कि पेट इतना बड़ा हो गया है और आपको पता नहीं है कि टेस्ट कहां होते हैं, क्या बेहूदा बात थी यह डॉ खुद माँ नहीं बानी है, डॉ है तो कुछ भी बोलोगे आप लोग | टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट चेक करवाने गए तो बोले ठीक तो है तू तुझे क्या हुआ है, अरे कुछ नहीं हुआ होता तो आपके पास आते क्या |
नर्सेज को देखो तो वह ऐसे बर्ताब करती हैं जैसे अस्पताल की सबसे बड़ी डॉ यही हैं।

इसलिए यही कारन है की हम सभी निजी अस्पतालों में जाते हैं ताकि हमें इन सरकारी अस्पतालों के डॉक्टरों की ऐसी बातें न सुननी पड़े पैसा तो लगता है पर कम से कम इज़्ज़त तो मिलती है, खुद एक महिला होने के नाते ये लोग महिलाओं की कदर नहीं करते, कैसे डॉ हैं यह |

Saturday i was suffering hard stomach pain. I came from 55 km for away. After awaiting 1.5 hrs i request the hospital staff please give me a chance to meet dr prem bhardwaj but no mercy these side. Meanwhile when i met dr. Prem bhardwaj they didn't entertained properly. I request him please allow me for ultrasound but he refused me. How a common man trust in govt. Hospital. Afterthat i took ultrasound palampur radiology centre with payment of 950/- and they declared 5mm stone in left kidney. Whom will responsible sir. Please take the disciplinery action.

As we know the role & responsiblity & try to obey always. But there is a complaint against security guard mr vikas. When he entered ward no 22. I was present with patient as an attendent. I see him & came out, he highly misbehave with patient, my wife & said to patients that he will get out him from the hospital. At that time i reached the door & came back. And asked how he can send the patient to home. Is he doctor? He totally misbehaved. He quarrel & speel loudly. Many other bed no 25, 21, 24 of ward no 22 also told to me that thay also humiliate and face security guard's misbehave many times.
I want justice. So that in future no one can humliat.
Pls take quickly appropriate action against him.

We were @hospital from 10 am, waiting for our chance in a queue as advisable... But the watchdog set by dr. Jaidesh rana. Room no. 204... Was very pathetic... And low in morals... He was letting his acquaintance's go in before... Any other person and that fact really pisses me off... Now i want you to do some about this... And i want my reply really soon... Or be ready for what to come... Because next time it won't be an online complaint... And you should really believe me on this one.

This is about a watch man on the gate of gents ward, he do not have any sense to talk to anyone. They allow only one person to meet the patient with a pass, even i was carrying a pass still he started. Beahve roudly as if i am breaking some rules. He took my pass and kept with him even refused to allow me to meet the relative. He talked very rudely. I only want to suggest that nobody came to a place like hospital to enjoy something, everyone is worried about their near ones health, so every one their placed should do their duty properly and most important atleast talk propely.
I think thats the only reason people are prefering private hospitals, just because a extra care and proper attention.

Dear concern
Would like to inform you I visited palampur civil hospital on 26th of April night around 1am coz my cousin was badly suffering with stomach pain.
And look at the hospital staff they all in sleeping mode even the senior doctor's as well . We knocked the door and requested him for diagnosis but he came out with angry mood and was very rude with patient.
He directly ask to bring to injection from outside and ask trainee staff to injected it and ask refer them another hospital.

Seriously if these r doctor then we must prefer to go sm where else.
Now I want your management team will take strict action against that doctor and the senior nurse who wake up when it trainee staff was unable to inject properly.
I will make sure it will happen otherwise I m advocate by profession and knows they ways to make it done.
Need ur reply with suitable action.

i would like to ask one question its always in lots of pepole mind . why our civil hospital not able to do any kind of treatments of patient why they always refer to private hospital . like karan hospital or susma hospital palampur i have seen always why civil hospital refer to private hospital or in kangara hospital .
