I wanted to highlight this issue of being charged extra for the repair work they have done. As agreed and signed off by me on the amount to be paid, they started the work but after the work they are asking me to pay double the amount and pushing me to talk to the insurance provider for the difference. After talking to my insurance provider, they mentioned that they have settled the amount as agreed but classic Honda has replaced one part on their own. Now I am asking classic Honda to share the approval from insurance to replace the part and they don't have any approval. I asked to please share the telephone recording which they don't have too which is hard to believe as all these service providers has automatic recording in place in order to avoid any conflicts.

Moreover they narrated multiple different stories to convince me e.g. initially they mentioned that insurance company has not approved full amount, then they mentioned there is some issue in gst payment which insurance company has done the mistake, moreover they mentioned that we have given 20% discount on paint charges which actually was given by insurance provide and not classic Honda.

For last 3 days, they have mentally harrassed me not once but multiple times on multiple things.

    Classic Honda, receptionist Priya called for car service due. As i said I give do my service at Axon Honda because of the offers, Classic honda tried to fool and convince me that the services done in any other honda dealership will expire my warranty.
    Axon Honda is a authorised dealership, still Classic Honda intensionally misinformed me. Classic honda is charging me high amount without any offers and forcing to take the service.

    Please take action against Classic Honda and inform me the about the same.

      My honda amaze 3rd free servicing for 10, 000 kms was recently done in classic honda-faridabad. My honda service advisor - rakesh kumar, besides explaining the regular service maintenance that should cost not exceeding: rs1896.00 as per honda manual parameters, however did not initiate the service. He wanted to include additional anti-rust door treatment that i objected. I had clearly told him i was not interested in anti-rust treatment immediately & would give it a thought in the next servicing date. Mr rakesh had a clever plan, he did not accept my no & kept on pressing for the work citing its advantages. Despite so i disagreed, bcoz of the charges for rs2750.00. Rakesh then fooled me into believing him regarding service discount he was willing to offer for rs1050.00 in my bill if i was willing to accept the anti-rust treatment. He said he will take his senior agm - mr tushar debnath approval for discount for rs1050.00 if i availed honda service for ant-rust treatment for the charges for car ac mandatory maintenance & forcefully convinced me to give my agreement in the job card. There was no discount received, i was forcefully made to accept the bill for rs5079.00 without any discount that was promised. Mr tushar debnath also approved this misconduct of the staff & this amounted to mistrust & cheating customer.

      Hi Team, my honda amage - HR29AJ2086 Their is a big problem in break shooes because after change 3 times in min 30k km running, the breaks are getting hard noise when break apply and i am really affraid that till what no of times this problem is not resolving. And also sokers are not working properly as i am seeing this from long time.

        M akash goyal .i purchase honda city on 28 nov 2015 from classic honda faridabad .i make all d payment clear on same date.ab 3 months se bhi upar ho gay hain meri car ko aay hue .company walo ne muje ab tak registeration no nhi dia hai car ka.dey always delay d date n their staff misbehave wid me wen i ask abt the registeration ..i m sure unhone koi bahaut bada fraud kia hai plzz help mee ..thanx m no is [protected]

          Purchased hoda citi automatic model in sept 2014 from classic honda ( (Dealer in fardiabad) . After 1st paid service on 3rd sept 2015 recd car. Car diid not stat in the morning on 12th sept. Called classic honda. Struggled to get proper response even from their manager mr tushar. I keep on requesting to send some technical person but he insisted to call rsa and drop car in the showroom. Final i had to do the same but half day lost. Since then i am struggling to get my car repaired. Yesterday i met mr tushar to my surprise car was parked in one corner and no one attending. I raised the same concern to him why no action till now. He replied one coupler was lose but we are keeping the car in observation and will repair by evening. But evening i go call that they are holding the car as they have found fuel pump faulty. I tried to contact tushar he stopped picking my phone.
          They have their own plan to take 2 - 3 days like a govt department for repairing my car.
          I am failed to understand how the fuel pump has gone faulty after the service and running for three days and parked car.
          Is this due to poor service or poor product design?
          I am without car and three days is this acceptable these days.

          Pathetic service and more Disgraceful attitude of the staff-:

          I have got my Honda city serviced from Honda classic faridabad from the year -2010, even though there were issues and complaints but I ignored as this was closer to my residence. But the last service I got done on 4th July-21 tested my patience level to the core, they got the car picked and delivered at my residence the same day, highlighting the issues faced -:

          • Car exterior had spots and paint marks all over
          • Ink spots on few places
          • Car polish was not removed from the exterior and had white marks all over
          • Attitude of the staff – CRM lead ( Ms Sheeba or Shabiya )was offensive, I had to drive car back to the showroom to show the quality of the service they provide
          • Just highlighting the visible quality of the service they provide, not sure what kind of deficiency would be there when it comes to engine and other engine related services

          After 10 years, making a sensible decision of no longer getting my car serviced at Classic honda Faridabad and also advice others to be vary of the quality and attitude.
