Hi Team,

I had purchased a mobile phone using airtel online store. This came with an offer where I had to make min down payment and the remainder was billed to me every month as the airtel post paid bill. Unfortunatey this connection got disconnected and I sarted getting calls from clix capital recovery team for emi re-payment. They also started initiating ECS from my bank account.
This Loan account was closed by clearing all dues along with bounce charges. But despite that they have been initiating ECS and I have been charged reversal charges and bounce charges. on the 11th of Sept 2020 Rs. 10415 was deducted from my account. Now I have been trying to reach them for resolution since then but I am not getting satisfactory response. They are only telling that team is looking into the issue and then no response for days together. They are hardly ever reachable on their customer care number.
I request you to look into this matter urgently. Please let me know if you need any more information.
