clothes quality extremely bad

The clothes do not match the picture posted on the website and quality is extremely bad. I want to register not only to get my refund but also to bring a halt to all such scams being done by this company who i am sure is minting money by selling garbage by misleading innocent customers. I want this company to be punished so hard that it sets an example for all to not misuse online portal to scam honest buyers online.

I had ordered embroidered kurti and trousers from clothzy website on facebook. The website has pictures of the product priced at 599/- in sale. On receiving the product it is neither embroidered nor of the quality shown in pictures. It is a poor replica with very poor stitching quality. I want to return the product and also want my money a total of 699/- to be refunded.

I had ordered embroidered kurti and trousers but the product received is not embroidered and also of very inferior quality and poor stitching.The trousers has no buttons and stitched like a pajama. The sleeves of kurti are also not embroidered as shown in pictures on the website. I want to return the product and also want my money back.
