This complaint is in reference to the warranty claim made 19/08/2022 for "IFB 20 L Convection Microwave Oven" (B00A7PGI18)

I would like to bring into your notice, that I purchased an "IFB 20 L Convection Microwave Oven" (B00A7PGI18) on 02/12/2021 which stopped working on 19/08/2022.

Immediately, I called the customer care on ([protected]) and requested...

I bought a product on 7 December 2021 and its not working and it's under a warranty for 1 year. I want to change this product because amazon said that complaint directly to the company

I have bought a mixer from Cloudtail through Amazon in November 2021. The mixer is not working. The mixer has a one year warranty.
Cloudtail phone numbers do not work so I sent an email. They keep replying to the email saying they are looking into it.
It has been 3 weeks.

I would like a refund for the mixer now.

Dear i order this product of june 2021 and its my second time for complaining against this product this product is worst product i ever use. Its not working no light or indignation light shown . I ordered shoes from amazon through cloudtail service, the size wasn't right so I returned and asked for a refund. its been 2 weeks now I haven't received my refund. On Amazon it says it has credited my refund to my seller ie cloudtail more than a week back.

Instead of sending four packs they have sent only two ordered items. Too much sound from fan, after using some days please rectify the problem .fan running, in boost mode sound comes like aeroplane

The said TV is not working since 12.07.2021 and is lying unused. Order Number:[protected], purchased on 23.10.2020 by paying Rs.13, 990/-. Invoice Number: IN-SBOK[protected], Invoice date 29.10.2020. This product has been purchased online from Amazon.

Since the product is sold by Cloudtail India Pvt. Limited, I am placing this complaint to you.

You are requested to depute your person to repair the TV and put it in working condition. I have been unable to watch TV since 12.07.2021. Else you are requested to replace the TV or arrange to refund amount of Rs.13, 990/-.

I am a regular customer of AMAZON, and have purchased various items. But never faced such problem and have full faith. But this product is sold by your company, hence I am placing this complaint to you and request to address the same at the earliest. Hope you will not lose a valued customer and your companies reputation is maintained.
please treat this as urgent and olympic is nearing.

I bought OTG via Amazon. Bill Number IN-BOM[protected] on 20/10/2020 via Amazon. Now the timer is not working. The product is in one year warranty. I want replacement of the product.

And on 26/11/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number 481822 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. On 29-07-19 i ordered a hair wash dove shampoo, but my order did not reach me. And seller was update at site that your product was damaged in transit and they initiate the refund in your a / c for rs. 320/- now it’s almost 3 months ago, no refund has been received yet.

I had ordered above item through amazon india online against their order #[protected] dated 03.05.2018 and this item was delivered to me on 08.05.2018 evening. On connecting it to my gas cylinder, i observed flames spreading upto the rubber hose of gas cylinder which could be due to leakage of gas from the gas mixing pipe of gas stove. I immediately switched off the regulator to gas cylinder and intimated amazon india through their feed back system online, for which there has been no response from any quarter.

Invoice # hr-del[protected] dated 03.05.2018 for rs.1, 439/- for this item has been paid by me in cash on delivery.

Amazon india or cloudtail or the manufacturer have not bothered to depute their service personnel to inspect and take necessary corrective action.

Product is not working after one month use. Bluetooth was not functioning as well as aux. I sent it to service center but they were unable to fix it. The item is now dead. Please change the item.

Some days ago I purchased a nevia avtive men lip balm from cloudtail and found that it is duplicate! I used it on my lips and i got allergy. My lips became worst! This is a very cheap imitation of the original nevia. It is available in our chor bazar at Rs.30-40/-...I bought it from cloudtail through amazon. When I tried to consult them Cloudtail simply denied by saying that it was not their fault. It was a FBA (fulfilled by amazon)product, so amazon is responsible for it. Because they store, pack and send cloudtail's items. On the other hand Amazon is blaming Cloudtail for breaking their rules by supplying duplicate products. Now the problem is no one paying attention towards me. I think it is a trick to befool customers and to avoid such type of problem. This is very annoying! If we do not protest they will continue to do it.
