My father is also a victim of this fraud. Given below are the details of the transaction:

Date of transaction: 29. Nov. 2017

Amount: 11, 200/-

He was redirected to payumoney gateway through their fake website and received a confirmation email of a successful transaction. He has also received a "voucher code request form" via post to be filled in and couriered.
The websites are down, phone numbers are not reachable. Request the concerned authorities to take necessary action immediately against these fraudsters.

On 11th november 2107 i got a call from club 99 holidays stating that they are offering me the holiday package at 50% discount rates and also will provide me the gifts as i an one of the first lucky customers. I got carried away with his promises & got ready for emi option, but while making payment through pay u money gateway he debited my complete, when i objected he said money will be refunded. Trick he used was, he hurried a lot while payment. I complained about the complete deduction of money but he said same cannot be refunded. I bought the package of 11200, now while opening website i discovered i am cheated & i am victim of cyber crime. I have the invoice copies & acknowledgement mails as proof. I also called pay u money & made complain, but they were not committed for refund.

I received a call on 8 november 2017 from this so called travel company club99holidays contact number[protected] saying that their company has completed 2 years and they are promoting it. They were offering some 50% discounts on 3 nights & 4 days holiday package in india for amount of 11, 200/-
I asked them to mail me the details and then i shall think about this.
I have paid by my carant ac ₹11200 and my id[protected]
Their lead named ms khan spoke to me and insisted that i do the payment immediately from their website via one of the payment gateway they were providing.
They also have a website club99holidays.com which is also fake website.

I am registering this complaint so that the strict action is taken on this case and no one else fall for such forgery.

I received a call on 6th & 7th of december 2017 from this so called travel company club99holidays contact number +[protected], +[protected] saying that their company has completed 2 years and they are promoting it. They were offering some 50% discounts on 3 nights & 4 days holiday package in india for amount of 11, 200/-
I asked them to mail me the details and then i shall think about this.
I have paid by cc ₹11240
Their lead named sachin sharma spoke to me and insisted that i do the payment immediately from their website via one of the payment gateway they were providing.
It sounded me fishy and a bluff since the first day, so i checked online for this company and found some more fraudulent complaints against this company and their fraud calls. They also have a website club99holidays.com which is also fake website.
As soon as i said that i need to verify and cannot do the payment so hard and fast, mr sachin sharma got alert and immediately change his tone of conversing and behaved ill mannered and hung up the phone my face.

I am registering this complaint so that the strict action is taken on this case and no one else fall for such forgery.

Sir,
We would like to give complaint and verify the genuiness of one travel company who is trying to fool people by promising to give free gifts and holiday packages..
We got a call from www.club99holidays.com on 28th november on my mobile number [protected], they offered 3night 4 day package for 4 adults and children free at any of the hotels, resorts in india except hyat, oberoi, taj, leela.
The said head mr sachin sharma told that if you book now u will receive one free gift iphone7, and even confirmed that we will get the hotel booking confirmation within 1 day after making the payment and sending the request.
We believe him and made payment of rs.11200/- to paytm account of company and got confirmation receipt number c99h[protected], dated 28th november.
We then forward the request for booking the resort della at lonavala from 29th december till 1st december, but we did not received any confirmation.
We have been calling them since but they are giving one excuse after another..
After verifing we got to know that the company was previously club9holidays now recently they changed it to club99holidays.
We believe we have been cheated as such like to aware you so that other are not cheated like us.
