We were been for a trip to Manali in June, 2018. We met Rohit Balyan and Mr. Yadava from golden tulip (Representatives of club Aliva). We had taken membership valid for 25 years up to 2043 worth Rs.166500 on the grounds of benefits narrated by representative. We made payments same day with credit card.. Post that, they stopped picking up the call and stop replying. No bookings happened till today and we are still trying to reach them out. As we had received an email and agreement, we thought it is genuine holiday agency.
Nor they have no customer care id and contact number.
This is fraud agency. "be careful"

Not responding to my emails & calls for booking & fraud complaint
I have done many calls & emails for booking a trip as i have taken a package of 5 years but they are not responding now...even they are not responding for complaint of fraud against their one staff

Fraud agency for the holidays
We were been for a trip to Manali in 2019, September. We met Rohit and Neha from golden tulip(Representatives of club Aliva). We had taken membership valid for 10years worth Rs.107000 on the grounds of benefits narrated by representative. We made payments in 2 batches. Half of the amount was paid when we were in Manali and second half was paid last year as it was 0 EMI part payment scheme. They were picking up my calls till the second payment. Post that, they stopped picking up the call. No bookings happened till date and we are still trying to reach them out. As we had received an email and agreement, we thought it is genuine holiday agency. Though we had it in written, it is fraud agency who will keep bugging you till they receive full amount.

Is there any update on Club Aliva, I am also a victim, taken membership on November, 2020. Not yet received any service and above all they are neither responding through e-mail nor over phone.

I am purchase membership for one year and I paid for 14, 999 rs but when I requested for booking they not provided booking and told hotel is not available . After opening lockdown I contact with them but the customer care and contact person mobile no is not available . They cheated in Manali and they also give the gift coupon but they not provided any booking. I want my money back . I am frustrated from this company.

Myself Subrata Roy has subscribed for membership (CA110519/0097) from Club Aliva holiday planner on 11-May-2018 from the Hotel Golden Tulip, Club House Manali, during my family vacation-2018 to Himachal Pradesh. I was requested to attend a 1 hour presentation session held at Hotel Golden Tulip - Club Aliva on the same day. Post which they sold me a membership plan which was costing me INR. 90000.00 (discounted price) provided, I will have to avail the membership on that day itself.
I was also gifted a Glorious Getaway Gift Voucher (CA No: 1/5/18/2004) issued on 11-May-2018, with 1 year validity for 3N/4D accommodation at any one of Manali, Shimla, Nainital and Goa post availing my membership.
I opted with REGULAR-STUDIO membership (INR. 6000/year) 1 week/year plan for 10 years and also signed an agreement with them. They charged me the INR 90, 000 amount as below:
10 Years membership charges: INR. 85, 000.00
Admin Fees: INR 5, 000.00
As per agreement, the plan will in effect from 2019 and will continue till 2028.
Every year, in return I would be facilitated with one week (7 days) vacation stay (2 Adults + 2 Kids / 3 Adults) at any of their tied up hotels within India or International destinations.
On May-2019, (3 adults - My Mother, Myself and Spouse) I have opted for 3N stay at Nainital against the voucher and have also stayed 1N at Ramnagar resort against my membership. This is all that I have used during my first year usage against this membership. Ideally I have used only 1 out of 7 days Week plan from my membership benefits.
On 16-Dec-2019 after 20 months completion of my membership tenure, I received a email from Club Aliva, stating that I would have to pay INR. 6000 towards Management Charges for the period Jan'20 - Dec'20 to be paid by 01-Jan-2020, failing which would make my membership null and void.
This levied INR. 6000 amount is equal to my REGULAR-STUDIO membership yearly cost. And this extra price was neither explained to me during the presentation on 11-May-2019, nor this was quoted anywhere within the agreement that I would require to pay this amount going forward every year.
My allegation is, they have already charged me with INR. 8, 500 per year which I already paid as per agreement in total INR 85, 000 for all my 10 years membership tenure. Benefiting me back with 7 days stay at any of their tied up hotels in a year making me eligible for STUDIO-REGULAR plan which costs INR. 6000.00 only.
Please note that, payment of another unquoted INR. 6000 towards so called management charges will make my total membership cost to INR. 1, 45, 000 from INR 85, 000, which is not a legitimate ask and not even mentioned.
On 20-Dec-2019, as a response to their email dated 16-Dec-2019, for Management Charge I explained them the same matter as I stated here and asked for refund of my membership money and cancellation of the membership as earliest. Till today, I DID NOT received any responses from their end.
Hence, I am submitting this complaint to you so that you can take up the issue and hence prevent me from them considering with a clause that my membership has become null and void due to non-payment of this unethical management charges and all my invested money towards them is bankrupted.
Additionally, I would like to alert you that in future no such activities could happen that any other vacationer would come across these kinds of illegal/fake groups who would provide false business policies to earn money from the innocent public from their hard-earned money.
Hoping a quick action from you end.

I was approached by a sales person in manali last year, who then took me to golden tulip hotel (Mall road-manali) and introduced me to 'club aliva' representatives.
The sales pitch involved the benefits i will get if i take membership and also was given a voucher with a free holiday.
I took 5 year membership package and paid 80, 000 inr upfront.
Since then no communication from club aliva yet. They promised to send emails/postal mails etc, but nothing was received.
No one is now responding to my calls/emails.
Can you help?

Hello everyone. My name is sanjay singh from uttarakhand am the member of traveling club from goa am not interested to go with them because the sales representative and the customer executive they are not helping me when i am calling for booking my trip they told me to wait for 48hours after i call again they are not taking properly so i check in the online sites for new membership i saw one company name is club aliva i check the reviews also some of them are very took a visit in manali, after that me and my wife and son we received in hotel orchid in the evening we went for a ride i saw a crowd in near to club house i parked my car and i checked what is going on i got one scratch card and i give my son for checking that after lunch i ask my son about that card he told me it's gift card in club aliva i got stuck up really it was just the same that i have in my mind and letar we got a call back for claiming that prize that we go through that gift card now i am the member of club aliva and happy with their services after taking an holiday in singapore in dec with my family i already booked my room for stay in hotel boss so i recommend everyone if you believe in yourself first. Thanks to club aliva for giving me a luxurious holiday…

Hello friends my self mahesh saxena from azamgarh. Firstly i want to share my own experience about holidays company is very bad because mostly holiday clubs cheated me and saying that we provide best holiday in world but when i take holiday then i facing more inconvenience for that. After that i have complaint with other clubs but when i visited manali and roaming around old manali, sightseeing also that time i met one person his name was ganesh. He saying same like if you want make luxurious your future holiday then you attend our presentation in our hotel golden tulip. We went over there and meet another person mr. Prashant and nemish. They told me everything about their company that how to work and which types of services they provide our club members, during the presentation they compare own services and facilities with other clubs. End of the meeting with club aliva i thought that i take one more holiday with club and planned for nainital tour. I called club aliva customer care and within 45 days they confirmed essence of nature in bhimtal, their services and facilities are to good and food, sightseeing also. When i return from holiday i suggested to my all friends for club aliva services. Thanks to club aliva team.

May name is nusheenkha as a part of family the club aliva i am very thankful for one of the sales rep ms nidhi singh we took hotel near to utopia for our stay and on the may to our breakfast time we meet a guy in front of our hotel reception.. He is giving some cards to all. I took one of that but my wife only got the lucky chance. After that we went for claiming that prize. Prize is dslr camera from nikon company. But he told me to sit for a presentation. I told him ok. They offered some coffees for us. After presentation i believe it's much better than online booking or travel agencies. So i refer my brother also for joining on this.

Hi friends myself Ashok singh. i want to share bad and good experience with club aliva. i'm telling you starting it's all procedure goes to same way like firstly invited with gift card after that they says you have to attend their presentation and briefly i understood their terms and condition then i decided become a member of club aliva and purchase their membership because i thought that i take every year holiday new destination that's why i bought it but when i return and search their reviews on google and quora also whenever i see some bad reviews about club aliva then i thought this company is also cheated me like another company because earlier i joined club mahindra but their rules, terms and condition are very bad if i talk about middle class family can't join or purchase their membership. so i thought that complaint on these types of companies. Before complaint i did talk there customer services they told me firstly you give me opportunity for service then i planned holiday for Munnar in kerala they provided all facility whatever i need on holiday in affordable cost after holiday my family and me fully satisfied and i suggest all members The Club Aliva is good holiday company in Manali . Club aliva
This is our third holiday with club aliva. My family is very satisfied with the services with club aliva, last winter we went to udaipur and ahmedabad, we started our journey from gkp in morning and we reach late night near about 1:30 am to udaipur, it was very tiring journey but memorable. Hotel is little bit outskirt but awesome place to stay. We stayed 4 day and we left for ahmedabad and their also we stayed for 3 days, hotel is in main city and from their we went to somnath for one day. Second day we went for local site scene, 3 rd day we went for akarshadham temple in gandinagar then we came with good memories o[censored]daipur an ahmedabad

best holiday company club aliva

We had our trip planned to thailand from 5th to 12 july 2019. Trip was planned by neha from club aliva. Before hand we had plenty of discussions about the places to visit, travel planning, hotels etc.
- cab service was pretty awesome and very punctual
- hotels were pleasant except one in pattaya
- all the ice-land visits and the different shows that we attended were exactly as planned
- there was a quick fix for each and every single issue if any faced in the location
- just to put overall review in one sentence is the trip was beautiful and all thanks to neha for arranging end to end itinerary for us including flight bookings.
Overall great experience.

This is my 5th holiday with club aliva since i became member. We wanted to see hills this time. We asked for options they gave us 4 locations to chose. Finally we chose east bourne resort at shimla.. Amazing!!!.
We really had a great time this is the property is good, spacious and enjoyable. Maintained and beautiful at the same time.
The hospitality is helpful polite and active.
The indoor heated swimming pool is definitely an attraction.
The food is also good. Thank you from club aliva who made it again

We went for a trip in manali on november 25th 2018. The guy from club aliva they had given us some gift voucher with some assured price. We won the 3 days trip in that gift voucher. The people present there they tried to convince us to invest in their deal and unfortunately we decided to invest, we have deposited 10, 000 rupee at that moment as an installment but within an hour or two we came to know that we won't able to give all the installments so we again went there and tell them that we want to cancel the membership as we are not able to invest that much amount.
The guy there he said, it is okay if you want to cancel as you came early so, we have time we can cancel this and they had put the cancelled stamp on the stamp paper which we had made.
They said your amount will be refunded within 15 days you just mail us all the required papers.
We believed them and we thought they will refund the amount and it's been more than 6 months i have not recieved any amount from their side. I called them several time, mailed them, everytime they are saying we will in refund in 10 days, 15 days and so on. But nothing has happened yet so, i request you to plzz look into this matter as soon as possible.

cheating by offering membership in chain of hotels

I was given presentation for accomodation membership plan for holidays by club aliva in diu. The name of his representative was mr. Gopal. They offered me studio membership for rs. 75000 for 10 year for that i have deposited rs 5000 in advance. They told me that if i will cancel my membership later on for any reason they will refund me the money which i deposited as advance on 22.9.18. After not satisfying by the chain of hotels of club aliva i cancelled the membership on 23.9.18 but till today my advance payment has not been refunded to me. I attach herewith copy of mail received from register mail id of the company regarding my refund.

This club aliva is a fake company. Only established to cheat innocent people. My friend went to nainital with his girlfriend on a trip and a sales representative met them on mall road and asked them if they want to free prizes after learning about this offer my friends went for a presentation which was requested by the sales representative. They were taken to hotel happy home where they were greeted by one ms. Payal (Pics attached) there they came to know that this was trick to sell them a membership after much negotiation my friend paid a certain amount for the membership and was assured everything will be fine by one mr. Naimish rastogi and one mr. Tabrez. There they came to know that this so called club doesn't have any connections to any hotels they just book random cheap hotels. He was conned and when he tried to reconnect with ms. Payal she said she left the job and she can do nothing and also there office moved from hotel happy home to somewhere else. This is a fraud company runned by scammers named: rishikant jaiswal, aparaz saikia, avinash crasco, payal thakur, namish rastogi, zareen, prateek, meraj, gulab etc please don't waste your money. Soon their will be an fir against all of them and with thier photos in top newspaper of entire uttarakhand.

This club aliva is a fake company. Only established to cheat innocent people. My friend went to nainital with his girlfriend on a trip and a sales representative met them on mall road and asked them if they want to free prizes after learning about this offer my friends went for a presentation which was requested by the sales representative. They were taken to hotel happy home where they were greeted by one ms. Payal (Pics attached) there they came to know that this was trick to sell them a membership after much negotiation my friend paid a certain amount for the membership and was assured everything will be fine by one mr. Naimish rastogi and one mr. Tabrez. I ashok k dhakiya [protected]@gmail.com was invited by club aliva by offering free gift at krishna beach resort diu. I met there one lady and other two men gopal [protected] and maqbul mansuri [protected]. They offer me some packages and told that this packages only offered if you buy it now. I trusted in club aliva and buy one package of 1.5 lakhs and give token of rs 15000/- after some research on net i found that club aliva cheated some other people. So i asked about it on call but i was not satisfied. They were insisting to pay remaining 1.35 lakh but finaly i decided to quit. Reality starts now. They agreed to refund but not giving proper way. Sometime give customers care nos but it's not working. I communicate with them from august 18 to december 18 but no refunde from club aliva. So i request to all people to beware of club aliva.

Club aliva is making fraud with tourists. I ashok k dhakiya from rajkot ([protected]@gmail.com) they invit me to give gift at krishna beach resort diu on 17th august 17. They offer me some tour packages. They tell us that this package is given if you accept it just now. I agreed to buy and paid 15000 token at that time. After that i foud that company is fraud and demand refund they give me several dates and finaly on dec 19th 2018. The contact person named gopal bhai [protected] said that he left company. I have called so many time during august to december do many mails and also called customer care. But till today i could not recover my money. I have receipt also they give me. So beware of club aliva fraud company.

fraudulent holiday package from club aliva, golden tulip, manali
During my son’s summer vacation, we all went to manali and were staying at golden tulip manali. On 22nd june 2018, a member from club aliva approached my seven-year-old son and gave him some gift coupon and made him scratch card and said we have won some gift, they invited us for presentation on holiday membership. Strangely, i still do not understand what is the association between golden tulip and club aliva as they took us somewhere in the golden tulip premises.
A guy called prashant explained us the packages and then further persuaded by his senior. At that time, they sounded believable and we were almost convinced by them. These people use an effective tactic by reducing the price (By half or more) and duration of the member ship so ultimately one fall prey to their intentions. So, we bought the membership plan (Ca/220618/0162) and paid sum of inr 1, 52, 220 which was for both domestic and international holidays. Below as the pictures of amount and details of the plan.
Then later this year we contacted these people for planning a holiday in singapore. We were surprised that these people were very difficult to reach through phone or emails. They either replied very late or did not provide us with any reasonable options and nothing was near to what was promised in the contract. Despite contacting them a month prior these people did not offer any services to plan the holiday as a result we had to cancel the trip. Then we realised these people has duped us and i believe these people are befooling tourists as:
• the rs 100/- stamp paper is a forged one –only signature present, no names, purchaser’s name and address seems fake
• prashant and customer care are impossible to reach
• they have no hotels in singapore or anywhere else for that matter in which they can provide accommodation
• the gift voucher is just a fancy paper to allure people to fall in their trap
Once we realised this we approached national consumer helpline and approach these to refund the amount. After toiling for three months have not received my refund.
So, with the help of nch we are going ahead with moving consumer forum. Also do not want others to be cheated the way we were. Please don’t go by the business model or attractive presentation. They might change to another name and swindle money. I hope nobody loses their hard-earned money further. You are in manali for a short time and do not have time to verify their credentials. Just keep away from golden tulip and club aliva.

I was invited with my wife to happy home nanital for a club aliva holiday pack presentation on 20 oct 2018, the bait was a free gift which could be an oven/ phone/ holiday voucher. I was shown a room - derelict rooms, arrogant staff, it was scary, old and vacant, left me wondering what could happen to a lone girl name neha, probably there are no foot falls they have resorted to this cheating.
Pretty, smart girls to speak to you at the hotel - club aliva is associated with happy home nanital. Girl who spoke to us was ms neha, trained to offer moon and earth to close the deal. She offered on behalf of club aliva, 25 year vacations at 3.5 lakhs or so. On declining we were offered decreasingly valued offers for shorter periods. I and my wife foolishly took a 3 year vacation pack paying rs.64000/- believing false promises-. Since they promised accommodation at uae, singapore and russia.
After paying money, relaised that they were fraud, next day i gone to their place and asked them for refund, but they said me that it will take arround 25 days but till now i did get any refund.
I chased mr sayed tabrez and club aliva customer care may times but every time they make excuses. Now tabrez and club aliva not responding my calls and msgs.

2) mr. Tabrez makes execuses every time, currently blocks my number.

first booking we asked for Singapore in June 2019 . we stayed in "Hotel Boss". The room were we put up was suites. It is 350 m to Lavender MRT Station, while the Malay Heritage Centre and Sultan Mosque are within 450 m away. The 24-hour Mustafa Centre is 900 m from Hotel Boss. Bugis Junction and Bugis MRT Station are 1 km from the property.

I, jatin arora, along with my family visited nainital in august 2018, where we were approached by sales personnel of club aliva on 13th august, who offered us a scratch gift certificate free of cost, saying that if we are lucky and get one of the gifts in the scratch card and attend a club aliva presentation of approx. An hour, we will get that assured gift. The gifts that could come were – i) tablet phone, ii) led tv; or iii) 3n4d stay at goa/manali/nainital/shimla.
After scratching the card, the outcome was we had won and were required to attend that presentation that was required for us to know what we had won. And so we agreed. The gift scratch card was immediately taken back by the person and we were told that the same will be returned after the presentation is over.
The presentation was given by mr. Taiba (Sales person, club aliva) and mr. Tabrez (Sales manager, club aliva) in hotel happy home (Located on mall road, nainital in front of the lake). Eventually, we got to know that it was not a presentation but a promotional programme to sell their membership.
Mr. Tiaba and mr. Tabrez told us that club aliva usually offers a minimum 25 yr membership but since due to promotional event by the company, they were offering a 5 yr membership to attract more members. They also repeatedly said if we agree to take the membership, we will be provided with a free trip to goa for 3n4d, which will be showcase of the hotels and services provided by club aliva. We also showed our interest in goa trip in the m/o december for which they further motivated us and said that they have great resorts in goa and december will be a great time to visit goa as well. Also, we were told that we had to decide there and then itself if we wanted to buy the membership as the promotional membership scheme was valid for that day itself. And along with membership fees an amc of rs. 6000 will have to be paid every year in which we avail for holiday. Also, the membership was for 2 adults and 2 kids; and since we wanted to plan a trip for 4 adults, we were assured by mr. Tabrez that it was also possible if we booked for studio rooms, but 1n1d would be deducted from our membership per year and booking for 4 adults will be made, to which we agreed.
Under the membership plan, we were offered various other services like renting out/gifting/carrying forward/pre-availing etc. Of our annual holiday bookings available. We were also told that after the payment in 40-45 days a membership kit will be delivered to my address.
When we agreed to buy the membership, we were informed that the 3n4d of free accommodation promised to us was actually nothing but the gift certificate that we had won. Also mr. Tabrez said that the gift could only be a free stay and other options were hoax because obviously being in this industry they would provide free stays as gift. Which was fine with us since it was free and we would at least get to see how promising the services would be.
We agreed to take up the membership starting january 2019 and told them that we will contact them for the bookings of hotel in goa in december, using our gift certificate. Mr. Tabrez told that if we make 50% part payment then itself, we would get a a discount of rs. 5000 from the membership fee of rs. 72000 and will need to pay rs. 33, 500 then and rs. 33, 500 later in instalments. So, we mad a part payment of rs. 33, 500 (50%) and remaining rs. 33, 500 was payable starting january 2019.
The payment of rs. 33, 500 was made via debit card of icici bank (Transaction id sb498800; transaction description mps/club aliva./[protected]/0) and we were handed over the gift certificate back (Gift certificate no. Can/0818/2090)
on 1st sep, 2018 i had a telephonic conversation with mr. Taiba (+[protected], in which i asked him to initiate with the process of bookings – resort in goa, for 4 adults, to which he said that it cannot be done for 4 adults as per the rules. To this i asked him to talk to his manager mr. Tabrez as they had promised that 4 adults would be accommodated.
On 2nd sep, again i asked him over whatsapp, if he had talked to his senior, to which he replied he will get him over the phone to have a direct conversation.
On 3rd sep, i received a call from mr. Taiba who handed the phone to mr. Tabrez. I told him everything that i had discussed with taiba and he said it will be done for 4 adults but it will be studio rooms, to which we had already initially agreed to. But also mentioned, since december is peak season booking in goa won’t be covered under the gift voucher and asked us to use our membership instead of the gift certificate to book for goa. To this i simply replied that i’ll let them know.
On discussing with my family and confirming with taiba over whatsapp that which of the four places (Covered under gift certificate will be available in december), we asked taiba to have a booking for manali then, which was suggested by taiba himself.
On 9th october, taiba texted me over whatsapp asking me to send a mail in this regard to the e-mail id mentioned on the coupon.
A mail was sent from my mail id (Cajatinarora.[protected]@gmail.com) on 10th october to "gloriousgetaways @ clubaliva.com", to which i didn't receive a reply for days. Another mail as a reminder was again sent on 14th october, asking how much time does it take to even reply.
Finally a reply mail was then received on 17th october, saying that the booking request was confirmed and asked for a payment of rs. 6, 000 towards administration charges in following account –

Ifsc code : hdfc0002853
Since, the administration charges weren’t previously disclosed to us, i contacted mr. Tabrez over phone at +[protected] on 18th oct telling him about the mail asking for admin charges and asked for his official mail id so that i could forward the same to him. To this he replied, that since i didn’t mention that i am a member of the club, they have asked for admin charges and assured that he would get the booking confirmed asap and no such charges will be levied.
On 19th oct, i received a message over whatsapp from taiba asking me to read point 4 & 6 on the back of the gift certificate.
Pt 4. This voucher cannot be redeemed during christmas/new year/diwali public holidays and weekends
Pt. 6 all such bookings will be confirmed on payment of the administration fees as prevailing at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
On 21st oct, i called mr. Tabrez, asking him why were such conditions not disclosed at the time of membership proposal to which he said they should have been and will call me later and confirm about it.
I again called him on 23rd oct twice and he cancelled the call both the times and haven't received a single call or message till date.
On 24th oct, i tried contacting at the number of club aliva, mentioned on it’s official website (+[protected], but it was an automated response and no contact could be made.
A mail was written and sent at "custservices @ clubaliva.com" and "info @ clubaliva.com" informing that personnel of club aliva couldn’t be reached from the number mentioned on website.in response of which, i received a call from mr. Selvam on 24th oct.
Whole incident was narrated and explained to him and i asked him cancel my membership and gift certificate and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. To which he replied, he would talk to senior management if admin charges could be waived.in reply to this it was made very clear that i am no more interested in gift certificate or membership of club aliva and would just like my money back, since no services were used so far and only time had been wasted.

Mr. Selvam assured that a response mail will be sent to me immediately in respect of the call conversation and in 24 working hours after discussion with seniors, he will inform me about how long will it take further.
Again no mail was received from him as well. And another mail was written after 2 days on 27th oct, which was never reverted back with any reply.
On 6th november, i visited their gurgaon which again was hoax. The address was for some other organisation and the receptionist there informed that club aliva has a virtual office there and no employees work there.
Immediately i called mr. Selvam (+[protected], telling him that i was at their office and wanted to meet him, to which he replied he is in manali office. So i asked if i could meet some other employee of club aliva who handles customer queries, to which he replied the employees were on leave for the whole week since it was diwali week.
He again said that management had agreed to waive of the charges, to which i reminded him and again clarified that i was not interested in such services and wanted my money back. I also asked for his senior's contact details. He said that his senior will contact me by the end of the day but no call/message/mail has been received yet.
On some research i found that
- such experiences were shared shared by other people as well where they were being framed by club aliva.
- the stamp paper was just stamped and not signed by anyone.
- the payment receipt is also a fake which states it's address in sector 14, gurgaon and no separate gst amount was mentioned (Which is legally required gstin - 06aanfc0357r1zy)
I lost money. Don't know if i will get it back or not but i hope nobody loses further. Just keep away from club aliva and if someone else has faced the same fraud, let's raise the voice together.

On discussing with my family and confirming with taiba over whatsapp that which of the four places (Covered under gift certificate will be available in december), we asked taiba to have a booking for manali then, which was suggested by taiba himself.
On 9th october, taiba texted me over whatsapp asking me to send a mail in this regard to the e-mail id mentioned on the coupon.
A mail was sent from my mail id (Cajatinarora.[protected]@gmail.com) on 10th october to "gloriousgetaways @ clubaliva.com", to which i didn't receive a reply for days. Another mail as a reminder was again sent on 14th october, asking how much time does it take to even reply.
Finally a reply mail was then received on 17th october, saying that the booking request was confirmed and asked for a payment of rs. 6, 000 towards administration charges in following account –

Since, the administration charges weren’t previously disclosed to us, i contacted mr. Tabrez over phone at +[protected] on 18th oct telling him about the mail asking for admin charges and asked for his official mail id so that i could forward the same to him. To this he replied, that since i didn’t mention that i am a member of the club, they have asked for admin charges and assured that he would get the booking confirmed asap and no such charges will be levied.
On 19th oct, i received a message over whatsapp from taiba asking me to read point 4 & 6 on the back of the gift certificate.
Pt 4. This voucher cannot be redeemed during christmas/new year/diwali public holidays and weekends
Pt. 6 all such bookings will be confirmed on payment of the administration fees as prevailing at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
On 21st oct, i called mr. Tabrez, asking him why were such conditions not disclosed at the time of membership proposal to which he said they should have been and will call me later and confirm about it.
I again called him on 23rd oct twice and he cancelled the call both the times and haven't received a single call or message till date.
On 24th oct, i tried contacting at the number of club aliva, mentioned on it’s official website (+[protected], but it was an automated response and no contact could be made.
A mail was written and sent at "custservices @ clubaliva.com" and "info @ clubaliva.com" informing that personnel of club aliva couldn’t be reached from the number mentioned on website.in response of which, i received a call from mr. Selvam on 24th oct.
Whole incident was narrated and explained to him and i asked him cancel my membership and gift certificate and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. To which he replied, he would talk to senior management if admin charges could be waived.in reply to this it was made very clear that i am no more interested in gift certificate or membership of club aliva and would just like my money back, since no services were used so far and only time had been wasted.
On asking for his contact number, he said the number was easily available on google and he can't share it directly. On googling, i found his contact details on this website (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/golden-tulip-club-aliva-cheating-beware-in-ma...⇄ also, the official address he shared was

Mr. Selvam assured that a response mail will be sent to me immediately in respect of the call conversation and in 24 working hours after discussion with seniors, he will inform me about how long will it take further.
Again no mail was received from him as well. And another mail was written after 2 days on 27th oct, which was never reverted back with any reply.
On 6th november, i visited their gurgaon which again was hoax. The address was for some other organisation and the receptionist there informed that club aliva has a virtual office there and no employees work there.
Immediately i called mr. Selvam (+[protected], telling him that i was at their office and wanted to meet him, to which he replied he is in manali office. So i asked if i could meet some other employee of club aliva who handles customer queries, to which he replied the employees were on leave for the whole week since it was diwali week.
He again said that management had agreed to waive of the charges, to which i reminded him and again clarified that i was not interested in such services and wanted my money back. I also asked for his senior's contact details. He said that his senior will contact me by the end of the day but no call/message/mail has been received yet.
On some research i found that
- such experiences were shared shared by other people as well where they were being framed by club aliva.
- the stamp paper was just stamped and not signed by anyone.
- the payment receipt is also a fake which states it's address in sector 14, gurgaon and no separate gst amount was mentioned (Which is legally required gstin - 06aanfc0357r1zy)
I lost money. Don't know if i will get it back or not but i hope nobody loses further. Just keep away from club aliva and if someone else has faced the same fraud, let's raise the voice together.

For those, still waiting for their refund, I found some more info about Club Aliva.
A private limited company in the name of “ALIVA HOLIDAY RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN - U55100GA2018PTC013736), was listed in October 2018 in Goa.
Registered Official Address is - OFFICE NO. 310, CHALTA NO. 40, THIRD FLOOR SOARES SAPPHIRE MAPUSA North Goa GA 403507 IN
It’s 2 directors are - AVINASH MARIANO JUDE CARASCO (Avinash Carasco DIN - 08259997) & RISHI KANT JAISWAL (DIN - 08259998)

In the end, there are many more similar fraudulent organisations with different names in different sectors. Don’t make mistakes that I made. It’s your hard earned money. I got mine back, but many don’t.

Hi I also join club Aliva in manali.me n my wife went on holiday in manali when we r visited club house old Manali, there we meet on guy with scratch card and he said you will get assured prize after attending 60 min presentation with family then we went to presenttion, presentation is good then they offer a membership .we both like the concept and we accept the offer, this happen 2 years before. Last year me n my wife didn't get time to go on holiday. Then we send our parents on holiday they went to Thailand they said the property is awesome but little far from airport. Hello friend, me and my family also went to Manali there we also meet a guy in club house and he offered a gift card which belongs to club aliva for one hour presentation, then we went for their presentation which their executive explained everything about their holidays and they have their properties in india. After that we joined them and three months we planned to use our membership for 10 years so me and my family planned to go for uttrakhand in June. So, their customer care follow us for our booking and they confirmed one property which is lamp land nature resort in nainital. After going their me and my family were very much happy and satisfied.Thanks club aliva for making my trip memorable...
