I had posted a complaint on my order number SO 50909038, tracking number[protected] ... that I had received only 8 items instead of 9 ...then I had contacted Coustomer care number many times and they did not receive ..so I browsed in website and called coustomer care number of club factory [protected] and spoke to coustomer care person he told he will take back and refund the amount immediately asking me the card number of my account and has...

I read the response given for my complaint given on 20/10/18 it's only mentioned that the complaint is forwarded to coustomer care ...but please let me know what is the action taken against coustomer care number [protected]. Don't protect such people who are missguiding people in the name of coustomer care...Let me know the action taken and refund the withdrawn amount of 19000 together with compensation towards the tension and stress given...
